Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights, and it was definitely ok! No complaints about the room, or the service and hospitality. Maybe the breakfast could be a bit more varied, but it's not that I wasn't satisfied :-) Overall, it was very comfortable!

Very close to one of the two train stations, large rooms. Adequate beds. Nice breakfast buffet. All the cartoons in Italian that travel-weary teenage boys can watch. Balconies from many of the rooms. Had rooms that slept 3 people, used two rooms since we were a party of 6.

Stayed here for 1 night on our way back home from Venice. Had a huge room with French windows that led out onto a balcony which overlooked the station. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the furniture was a bit at odds with the room. Formica-type look that sat oddly with the high ceilings and external look of the... More

Think I should write to Frank Skinner in his Room 101 and ask him to enter the bathroom into it. We were part of a tour party and stayed in this room for one night. You had to sit on the loo (wobbly seat), no chance of standing as the loo was underneath the wash basin and you could clean... More

Staid here for 1 night on our way back from Lake Garda. Our room faced towards Porta Susa station, it can be quite noisy but it didn't bother us. Arrived early afternoon, check in was very quick. Armed with a map given to us from the guy on reception and very good instructions we walked in to Turin centre. We ate... More

Yes the room was small and lift slow (but I never had to wait) The staircase is very grand and well worth using ! the staff... More

Across the road from station! Double room, bed against one wall so unable to get to window! Very basic furniture, it unit and kitchen chair and wardrobe. Good bathroom Free wi fi! Very small lift, in fact so small, that many of our party carried our luggage up rather than wait and lose valuable visiting time! Hotel was clean, staff... More

This is a nice hotel with spacious room and bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful. They have an arrangement with the parking garage near the Porta Susa train station where a 24 hour parking will only cost 11 euros. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

We chose this Hotel based on value for money. We arrived by car and with the aid of GPS we found the hotel with no problems. Check-in was easy and we were given a parking ticket to use at the nearby parking facility, 11 euros per 24 hour period. Our room we clean and comfortable although a bit tight to... More

Arrived late off the train in a thunderstorm so glad the hotel was so close to the station. Friendly night porter welcomed us in English. Clean functional room with nice balcony. Couldn't get the aircon to work but open windows were ok. Good selection for breakfast with the ever poor Italian coffee for breakfast.
