Location is very good. We had the cheapest room which was located in the top floor, old attic. The room was okay, but needs a renovation to be good. Otherwise hotel was looking pretty fine but these rooms at the top weren't cosy at all. Also the lady in the reseption didn't speak anything else than italian. So if you... More

The hotel is ideally located 15 minutes walk from the two main station. It is not in the middle of the toursit attraction, but in a calm area 15 minutes walk from them. The rooms are very clean, the staff helpfull and verry gentle. Price are very reasonable. The building itself is worth the detour as it is a typical... More

We were traveling 4 adults and one child, and our double room was perfect: extremely roomy, clean, quiet. 3 beds, couch, table, chess game, TVs, nice bathroom. Good breakfast served downstairs. Great location near Palazzo Madame and Egypt Museum. Short cab ride from train stations.

I spent one night in this hotel. Excellent location, right in the historical city center and well connected to the metro and trams. The hotel is in a beautiful '800 building. The staff is frendly and helpful. HOWEVER the room was located in a dark, smelly attic which requires a lot of work to reach the 3 stars standard and... More

We stayed just for one night at this hotel, located close to Piazza Solferino in a grandiose 19th Century building, which always make me happy. Breakfast was varied and abundant. Our two kids had a good night (with a cot provided by staff). Our girl even forgot her fluffy animal in bed...which sent us home in Brussels afterwards ! Definitely... More

This hotel is very conveniently located half way between Turin's two main railway stations, in a pleasant area full of huge mansions. The rooms are all on the fourth floor, which you access by means of a somewhat scarily ancient but functioning lift. My room was comfortable enough, though it could have been cleaner, and was generally in need of... More

i stayed with my family in this hotel for 3 nights. first of all i have to say that rooms were dirty and one bed was not made so the housekeeper needed to come at 7 pm to do it.. i do not understand why they couldnt do it before our arrival.. secondly, i had to ask the reception to... More

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. A great breakfast was included in the price, with fresh cakes, ham, sausages and cheese, bacon and eggs, yogourt, cornflakes, croissants and the usual bread, jam and butter. It is located downtown in an ancient and safe "palazzo" and you can go by walking to all the interesting places in Torino. In the... More

Don't go to this hotel! At arrival a very unfriendly receptionist, informed me and my colleague that although we had made a reservation (they confirmed that we had a booking and had paid for it!), they don't have a room for us (a double booking). They didn't even apologize and when we asked for help with finding another hotel with... More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in June and were sceptical after some of the reviews but the place was fantastic. We upgraded to a room with en-suite and it was well worth it. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we could see the snow topped mountains from our window. The old fashioned lift is fantastic and the... More
