We stayed at Hotel Plaza just recently. Although our trip was disastrous, the hotel staff made our stay much much more bearable. Prior to coming, all my questions about the area and the hotel itself were answered promptly and courteously. The staff cannot do enough for you! Everyone there is so very helpful and kind to us.
