Situated just 5 minutes walk from Turin Porto Nuova Train station, this Holiday Inn is great place to explore Turin or use as base for onward travel. Main benefit is 24 hour access and breakfast and excellent value too given its location. Surprised how cheap vending machine for drinks and snacks were. Staff speak English too and were friendly. The room was not adequately clean. The amenities at the bathroom were poor, and there was no hair conditioner. After a night tour on the town we found the front door closed, with the lobby in the dark, and no one of the staff to receive us. It was midnight. After ten minutes knocking the glass door, an employee visibly... More

I traveled to Turin on my maiden visit and it was the Holiday Inn that I was booked into. Having gotten to Turin at around 2030, the information counter was closed. Luckily someone helped us and it turned out that the hotel was within walk able distance from the Turin central railway station. From the outside, the hotel building looked... More

Hotel is located right next to the Puerta Nuova train station ( bit difficult to figure out where it was at the beginning due to road works but once I got it it was so simple) I got to Torino very late at night and was dreading going to the check in but this was the fattest check in i... More

Nice hotel, shame about the location!!!! Hotel was clean and rooms of good size, problem with siting of TV high up on the wall; flat screen TVs not meant to be watched from below as the picture becomes too dark. But mainly, I questioned why I had gone to Turin... Graffiti on nearly every surface completely spoils the city. There... More

Dear Tazmaniac, Thank you for leaving us feedback on your recent stay. We are very delighted to read that you liked the cleanliness and size of the room. On the other hand, it seems the TV set-up and hotel location were not to your liking. We apologize for any inconvenience these aspects have caused. We will certainly work on the... More

Our room was certainly not small. Staff very welcoming and professional. I would be happy to return. Quiet central location in a lively city. Air conditioning a bit noisy. Was allowed to park on street free of charge.

Spent one night at the hotel on a business trip and would not go back. Rooms were small, dark and uninspiring. English TV channels seemed to have a flickering problem. Front desk staff were reasonably helpful but I'm struggling to find positives. Oh the price was ok!

It is near the main station so the area is a bit run down not that bad. Staff very obliging, rooms as you would expect from a Holiday Inn, I loved the shower! Perhaps these rooms are not American room sized but by European standards they are fine, albeit a bit 'tired' now. The washbasin was chipped and the shower... More
