5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW

We had a modern, good sized room with both bath and shower. It faced inwards and was very quiet. Coupled with efficient and quiet air-conditioning it gave us the best nights sleep of any of the four hotels we used on this trip. Had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and we thought both were excellent. Check-in was very efficient... More

I stayed here during one night after having stayed on other Turin hotels for plenty of nights. My impression of the hotel is that it needs some updating and some good Maintenance in the common areas, the inside of the rooms are fine though. The door frame of my room would move entirely when opening the door and closing it.... More

this was a great place, near a Metro stop and the tram #9 came right in front of the hotel. It was on Vittorio Emanuele II and goes right to the train station, Also the best bodagious breakfast. The room was clean and small but it had CNN International so that was nice but everything was really all you could... More

Dear Maniago, We are very proud to read your beautiful comment. As you rightly wrote the Nh Ambasciatori is strategically located very close to the train station of Porta Susa , the stop Metro Vinzaglio and also the Tram . All stops are few minutes walking distance from us. "Arrivederci" soon in Turin for another Nh Experience. Ettore Scuteri -G.M. More

A fairly basic hotel, with small clean rooms with en-suite facilities. Location within easy walking distance of the Terminal Station. Easy distance to most of center of Turin. Very basic breakfast buffet facilities with an anoyingly slow coffee machine. OK. Cheap place for one night

The room was a reasonable size, but dated. It was hot, when we called reception they said AC not operational yet as it had been cold. Managed to open windows but that let noise in from trams and traffic. Found no spare plug sockets for charging phone (had to remove light in order to charge phone). The staff however were... More

Rooms are small. Reception is friendly. Not much to do around the hotel. Not close to the bus stop. Bed was not too bad. No slippers in the room. No plugs in the room. Don't think I will stay here again.

The room was exceptionally hot, opening windows when raining was not possible, room was very old, no spare plug sockets for charging phone (had to remove light in order to charge phone). At 6am there were allot of people in the corridoor talking loudly (recetion did not respond) then at 7:15am the room cleaners started hoovering the corridoor, and cleaning... More

Tired looking place in dire need of refurbishment. Ok - my room rate was very cheap but this hote is far below NH standards. The only reason why I don't give it 1 star is thanks to the chap at reception - claudio - who was most helpful.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located not far from both of the railway stations and within walking distance of Turin's main sights. The room was comfortable and large, and the staff friendly and efficient. The Wi-Fi is free and worked well from the room. There is a restaurant which serves very good food at reasonable prices. The whole hotel... More
