We arrived in a group late having walked from the train station after a day waiting for trains. and were were all tired and anxious. The check in was fast band furious and slick .The staff were all marvelous and the dining room was set to go with lots of waiting staff and an array of food and drink ready for... The hotel is reasonably situated and very handy for the main train station. It's a substantial building with a grand entrance and quite large rooms. Staff are friendly & helpful enough. We had dinner which was ok but more 'pub grub' than 4 star hotel. For such a grand hotel they lack some finishing touches; only one power socket (I... More

We stayed for one night as part of the Great Railway Journey tour - thank God it was just one night! The room was awful and when I pulled back the curtain we had a frosted glass window! Felt like a prison cell! Later discovered that many of our party did too. Food was average, tried to get a brandy... More

Hotel is conveniently located and has a parking garage nearby. Rooms are clean and of a good size. Furniture is simple but practical with a nice desk to work on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice a with good variety. Free WiFi is Swisscom and it has limited speed and size of daily size of downloads, if... More

Hotel was average, bed was very hard, room dated. Staff were helpful and friendly enough. Good position, a 10 minute walk away from the city centre. Right next to the Metro stop and good bus links. Next to a corner cafe offering 6.50 E happy hour after 6 p.m for glass of wine and 3 choices of food. Breakfast room... More

This hotel hasn't been renovated since probably 1978. Decent location, relatively friendly service, but the rooms are just a nightmare. Breakfast is ok, although only one slow coffee machine for everybody, so often queues in the morning.

I must say the public transport for Turin (I can say for the whole Italy) is not so good. NH Ambasciatori is directly in front of the metro stop so it is realy good but this metro stop does not have the connection with the touristic places. So you must choose this hotel for a business trip. For the business... More

I spent only one night for business purpose in this hotel. Overall, a quite poor experience. The room is not very comfortable for a hotel priced at that level. Air heating was not really effective. I had to use 2 blankets. Breakfast room only opens at 7:00AM, late for business trips. Themost uncomfortable thing was the variation of water temperature... More

A nice place to stay in the heart of Turin. Excellent breakfast! Room was nice/modern Italian decor. Hotel was very nice. Internet service were good, but a bit of a chore to use...limited bandwidth before you had to pay for the service...

We arrived for just the one night and thank goodness it was just one night, the only description I could give of the rooms are they seem to be moulded out of a huge piece of plastic. I felt Mike I will stay on a oil rig. Our bed in the room made my dog is back at home seem... More
