Quite good location for walking around tourist attraction. Unfortunately, very slow and lazy staff at the reception desk. Weak breakfast like in the 3 stars hotel. The price of the hotel doesnt match the content at all.

Stayed here for a luxurious get-away weekend. Not the most romantic place but very centrally located downtown, good heating system, great bar / lounge (friendly, professional bar staff), rooms are well appointed and beautiful bathrooms. This place lives on its luxury star rating -- mostly true to rating - but with some small negative sides: not very friendly reception staff,... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night on a birthday celebration weekend. Location is great for sightseeing and shopping, plus a few nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room was huge, though some of the furniture may have seen better days. Great marble bathroom and power shower. The buffet brekfast was top notch, lots of choice and you can... More

Thanks to a cancelled flight, we stayed one more night in Turin and booked a room at Principi. It is very central and well located. The service, staff and hotel decor and set up is well deserving of a four/five star hotel by European standards. It's very elegant and comfortable. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is large... The location is excellent. Steps away from the most popular shopping area and restaurants. The rooms are elegantly decorated. The service is very good. Dined at the hotel restaurant. Food was above average. Ambiance and service were good. Breakfast fine. Very nice wellness centre and spa. Highly recommend!

I reviewed it before. To me it remains the only place to lay my weary head when in turin. Yes, ATA is not doing too well and i think it can be felt in the general demeanour of staff. Quality of toiletries went down. Breakfast is still ok though and restaurant is fine. a rarity in hotels. i just spent... More

This classic hotel was renovated with the 2006 winter Olympics in mind and is luxury itself, but at an extremely reasonable price. One of Turin's tallest buildings in the central area, having a room here affords gracious views across the city, including the Mole Antonelliana and Super Ga. A spacious, beautiful suite may be had for the price of a... More
