When you first at the nondescript building, hidden away near the city centre, it does not promise much. But inside it is a really charming place. Nice breakfast room and the spa downstairs is brilliant! more

I was in Torino to attend a trade show. The Hotel Victoria was recommended by friends who live there. After having spent 10 hours on my feet working at the show, it was great to go back to the hotel at night and enjoy the peaceful and cordial atmosphere. It is a lovely hotel in the center of town. Recently... more

We were offered a junior suite for the price of a standard room and were pleased with the large and tastefully decorated room. However, the bathroom was very strange, as the bathtub had no shower curtains and hence you either had to sit in the bath to take a shower, or wet the entire bathroom floor. The english news channels... more

Another business trip and stayed here for a few days. Overall this is not a 'modern' hotel. It is traditional, which is nice as normally on business it is too 'modern'. Some lovely sofa's to chill out in the lounge area. Wasn't heavy traffic when I was there, so more relaxed. Bedrooms and bathroom (spacious) were good. Also central to... more

Stayed here on a business trip, when I had a terrible cold. The staff were nice, the breakfast very good, and the room really comfortable with a great shower. It has some nice common areas to allow you to escape your room, and is conveniently located for exploring the city center on foot. I very much enjoyed my stay in... more

We booked this hotel mainly because it was one of the few available when we visited Torino right after the Olympic games. (Actually, the ParaOlympics were taking place at that time, thus the scarcity of rooms.) While the room was very clean and nicely appointed, we found the staff to be indifferent almost to the point of rudeness. I would... more

The location is great - easy walk to Via Roma and shopping, cafes, etc. The hotel itself is nice enough. Very large lounge area that was nice to relax in. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and shower and overlooked the courtyard gardens (we booked a deluxe room). The biggest drawback was the breakfast. They tout it as... more

I am nearing the end of my one week stay here at Hotel Victoria in Turin, Italy, and I must say, I've been thoroughly disappointed. The staff have been wholely unhelpful, almost indifferent, to their guests. The room I'm staying in has no real shower, except a detachable shower head at thigh height in a bathtub. I can handle taking... more

Incredibly rude reception staff; I was very disappointed by everything concerning this hotel after reading the good reviews hear. I would recommend looking elsewhere in the city of Torino. more

Despite being in the centre of the city the Hotel Victoria is a most relaxing place to stay. The recent refurbishments have greatly improved the amenities, particularly the breakfast room and adjoining courtyard. The splendid subterranean spa is also an added attraction and at no extra cost to guests is very popular with business guests and tourists alike. Children, under... more
