Was upgraded for free on arrival and stayed on the first floor in what was described as a junior suite. I wouldn't have used this term as there is no seating area it's just a large room that has been recently decorated and has a great shower room. Bed was a little firm but then we all like different types... More

The hotel is located very close to the Porta Sosa train station. The rooms are clean, bit old, but in general in good order. We didn't have hot water and this is really bad if you cannot take a shower. We called and a guy came to see and told he will see and fix it, that never happened and... More

Conveniently located close to Porta Susa and the metro but a taxi from airport only costs €30. Great staff who speak English and are happy to help. The property is in an old building but the rooms are adequate and clean and the elevator works well. The hotel has a large bar are an the ground floor and dinning room facilities... More

The hotel is very conveniently situated near the train station. You can walk evrywhere from the hotel and take the tram or bus easily. But the rooms are small and "old fashioned", they could use a paint job and new linens. Breakfast is "ok". In a nutshell, go for the location, not the accomodation and you will not have any... More

Stayed here a few times over the last few years but was really impressed this time. The first floor has a complete makeover and the room was superb, especially for the price. Our room was small but the shower was great, the bed comfortable and we had a great collection of complimentary toiletries. Breakfast remains basic, but with a reasonable... More

probably not one of the best 4-star hotels I have ever been to, but considering the price paid i was very satisfied. The hotel is just 2min away walk from the porta Susa station, hence very accessible and one can easily reach the historic centre by foot. rooms are not very large but good sized, and very clean. Breakfast buffet... More

This hotel location is ideal for those who wants to visit downtown and other clolser locations with savings. Porta Susa Train station is walking distance to hotel like 5 minutes and you have all what you need to explore city. Value for money but only i noticed front desk staff is bit ignoring and not much into interactions to customer... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in October, and everything was good. The girl who handled our check in and check out was helpful and competent; everything was handled smoothly. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and nicely furnished, with an excellent shower and very comfortable beds, with, for me, the perfect combination of very firm mattress and soft... The staff is outstanding and the hotel is a gem and the city is a hidden treasure... I booked on Expedia at a great price and arrived to find they upgraded both of my rooms ! The rooms were large and beautifully appointed. The halls were painted elegantly too. We came by train into Porta Sosa and had the convenience... More

We stayed there for one night, last week. To be honest we cannot understand why it is labeled as a 4-star hotel. Everything is so poor and cheap, in our room the air-conditioner was not working, the light was not sufficient (there were only a table lamp and a bedside lamp), the furniture and the hair-drier were old (the 60's)...
