Loved this hotel! Decent sized room, excellent shower, mini bar, towels galore….were made to feel so welcome and pampered all for 39 Euros for one night, plus free buffet breakfast in the morning which was grand! Very decent and friendly staff. Five stars from me.

This is an average hotel. I stayed here for 5 days in a double room. Here some issues: - the furniture in the room was quite dated - the mattress was a bit hard - the water from the shower wasn't abundant - the plugs for our laptops and chargers were not easy to reach. However: - the room was... More

2 rooms in June 2014 1 night Hotel Diplomatic The name of the hotel is not that great but was surprised how nice it was. They have spent money on the low level which the room was excellent for the price very modern and clean. The family room was on level 4 which was ok but not as flash as... More

After a long days driving, was forced to overnight in Turin (lovely city), as I was on business expenses and frugality being " de rigueur" these days, found this 4* for €40/night on the same day. Great staff, clean room, free wifi, fair breakfast, at the price faultless. Imagine if the prices around €90 then the NH Lingotto starts to... More

We arrived by car and they told us where to find the garage which was convenient. The staff was friendly and was able to give us driving directions back to the A4 when we had to leave. The young man at the front desk even drew me a map. As an American driving in Italy, this was extremely helpful. We... More

The hotel is located on a rather busy road near the modern Porta Susa railway station, but you will not suffer from the noise of trains or traffic. If you still need to book a hotel, this area is more preferable than the grey neighborhood of Porta Nuova railway station. This hotel is ideally situated because of its entrance to... More

The location is very good. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The breakfast is OK, nothing incredible. If you plan to go to Torino, this could be a good choice. For going out is is very convenient, you can do everything by foot.

I booked the room on Hotels.com with discount and special price. It's very cheap for me to live in Torino which near the train station "Porta Susa". The space of the room is nice and the service is very good, but the breakfast is So-so. For breakfast, I think the cafe service is very special and nice for me, but... More
