I liked the hotel and it is in a very central location (especially if you have come in by train). However, it was a bit of a lottery with rooms. Stayed there during the summer of 2003 ... couldn't get the "air conditioning" to bring the temp in the room below 88 degrees (F). The staff was a bit arrogant. The whole hotel felt dusty and tired. The restaurant very disappointing. Far too expensive given other hotel options in the city. Sad... more

We stayed there May 2004. We requested a last minute room change upon arrival with no problem. Our room was very large and comfortable, as was the bathroom (separate shower and tub areas, 2 sinks), tons of closet space. We had a room facing the noisy Via Saachi where the train station is, but the windows were quite sound proof.... more

I stayed at the Turin Palace Hotel for five nights in early January 2003. The hotel was close to empty, which was a little eerie, especially as the neighborhood can be a little dodgy at night. However, my room was huge, including the bathroom, and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good, and the staff very pleasant.... more
