Stayed there during the summer of 2003 ... couldn't get the "air conditioning" to bring the temp in the room below 88 degrees (F). The staff was a bit arrogant. The whole hotel felt dusty and tired. We stayed there May 2004. We requested a last minute room change upon arrival with no problem. Our room was very large and comfortable, as was the bathroom (separate shower and tub areas, 2 sinks), tons of closet space. I stayed at the Turin Palace Hotel for five nights in early January 2003. The hotel was close to empty, which was a little eerie, especially as the neighborhood can be a little dodgy at night. However, my room was huge, including the bathroom, and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good, and the staff very pleasant.... More
