We stayed here for a weekend break, the hotel is very well placed to tour the city. The staff were very courteous, helpful and available. The rooms are very well designed, ours had a second floor which made the sleeping area very large, leaving downstairs as a very roomy lounge. Buffet style breakfast was varied and plentiful. Stayed here for a couple of nights in July. As per previous postings the decor is a little different. That said it was comfortable, well located for the centre of town and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. Would consider staying here again.

we had booked 3 nights at hotel dock milano and unfortunately the lady in our room was ill and couldn't leave so we had 1 night at the best western instead for no extra cost. staff were friendly and helpful but it was quite disappointing considering its a 4*. the room was very busy and cramped and not nicely decorated... The Best Western Hotel City is ideally situated close to the Porta Susa train station and underground stop. Stayed in a standard double room - solid room, nothing fancy. The room was comfortable and practical with basic/poor furnishing . The beds lacked bedspreads, the food served at the restaurant was of poor quality and the waitress wasn't always helpful. For breakfast the coffee was watered and poor. In general the stay was at the level of a decent 2 stars hotel, surely not a 4 stars.

Location is the best for travelers who use shuttle bus from airport to city as you need only to cross the street to reach the hotel door.
