I just stayed at the Best Western Genova for two nights and had to compliment the top-notch service we received during our stay. We traveled to Italy to meet distant relatives, and Renato at the front desk did everything from confirming meeting points by telephone (since our Italian was middling at best), to giving us directions to the outskirts of... more

Updated historic hotel in a great location, across the road from the P Nuova station , airport bus around the corner, lots of public transport and the town centre, shops and key attractions just down the road. Interesting rooms, parquet floors, painted ceilings, well equipped with a kettle, safe, fridge, comfy beds and free wi-fi. Well sound-proofed from the hubbub... more

A very average hotel with a few issues. First off, the bed consisted of two twin beds placed side by side and covered with Queen size sheets. It wasn't very comfortable if you got near the middle of the bed since there was an obvious gap where the two beds came together. I got a bit cold and went to... more

Very good location a few yards away from the airport shuttle stop. The center of town is within walking distance. and the station just across the street. Very helpful staff, good breakfast. My room was small but comfortable. Only downside: don't expect to sleep past 8 am even on Saturday morning, the cleaning ladies are very noisy ! more

As you have read, this hotel is very convenient for the train station, and still within reasonable walking distance of all the major sites in this beautiful city. However, the rooms vary in size and quality. My first room, a double for single use, had a shower stall so small it was impossible to get in (and I'm skinny). Luckily,... more

We stayed in a triple room june 22 to 24. The room and bathroom were as expected for Best Western: modern, clean and sufficient. But we were under the roof and the outsite temperature was high (around 30 C, 90 F): our air conditioning barely kept the room warm instead of hot. But the worst part came at night: we... more

We stayed here in May 2007 and had stayed here before because it is so handy for the station. We had a lovely room with delicately painted murals on the walls and it was also very comfortable. Turin is a very interesting city. We have enjoyed our stays here. more

This hotel is right across the street from Turin's main train station, so is very convenient if you are arriving with luggage. We never had any problems with the neighborhood which felt quite safe, even late at night. You are about 20 minutes walk from the very heart of the city, but you can also take a tram or bus... more

Since we paid only 83 euros to stay here on a September Sunday, we weren't expecting what we got: a huge, quiet 5th-floor room with beamed, angled ceilings and a gorgeous modern bathroom. The Genova is a far cry from a U.S. Best Western: It's a 19th-century building, beautifully updated, with an appealing restaurant and an attentive and thoughtful staff.... more
