Quiet, comfortable rooms newly refurbished. Large, clean bathrooms with excellent shower. Friendly and polite staff. The breakfast room was slightly chaotic because we hit it at a busy time, but the breakfast was good by Italian standards, and included a delicious fruit salad. The location is perfect if you're arriving by train.

We spent 3 nights in Hotel Genova. The room and the bathroom were not too large, but it was cosy. It was clean there. The beds were excellent. The main railway station is situated just across the street. The city centre with the wonderful museums is close to the hotel, just few stops by tram. The breakfast menu was satisfying.

My family and I have been in Italy for almost a month in six different cities. This hotel was by far the best. The AC works excellent! For American travelers in the summer this is very important. The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. They also speak english very well.

This hotel is a superb choice for a 3 star ranking. I stayed in room 522 just for one night between 3rd and 4th July. The hotel is litterally few hundred yards from the rail station, which is useful for arrivals and especially departures. It is also about 10-15 minutes walk from Piazza Castello the main square and shopping district.... More

due to the above reasons i will not recommend this property unless they improve on the specific feedback as given by me during my stay and in this report. especially there were a pair of twin brothers at the front desk who could possibly be kinder to the guests and their valid requirements.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Turin & we were very pleased with it. Good location (Via Sacchi, next door to but not affected by the station Porta Nuoava) with an easy 10 minute walk to the main streets & piazzas.

Nice, clean hotel located just across the street from the railroad station. Convenient to the city. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Most areas of the city within walking distance. Offers free Wi-Fi and computer access in the lobby.

This hotel is just opposite the railway station so it is very convenient if travelling. It can be a little noisy if you have a room facing the railway station. The rooms are rather quaint and interesting. The beds are comfortable and some rooms have balconies. The location is good. It is easy walking distance to the main squares and... More
