We stayed for 6 nights in late June. We were really happy with the room at first because we had just come from Paris where hotel rooms are very small. The room had a garden view, was spacious and clean. But when it got hot and the air-conditioning kept switching off automatically it got frustrating. Apparently they switch of the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Residence for one night - a Thursday. It's right to next to Porta Susa railway station. There are four exits from the station. Look for exit "D" leading to Corso Inghiterra (the road the hotel is on) and when you arrive at the top of the steps (or escalator) you will be a few yards... More

The Hotel's location is excellent - adjacent to Porta Susa Railway station - which has just been rebuilt and is fantastic (Beautifully modern - with a Metro connection - only 1.5 Euros to anywhere on the network). Also the Sadem bus to the airport from a stop just the other side of the Railway Station. Reception are very friendly -... More

Excellent! Excellent! This hotel is very good in every way for the mobility impaired who wish to reach Turin by train. We visited Turin in April using Eurostar and TGV to Turin. Porta Susa station is brand new and still unfinished but is excellent for the wheelchair user and this hotel couldn't be a better find. Make sure that you... More

Good price. The location is very central near the train station Porte Susa. Easy access to public transport. The hotel staff was friendly and there are plenty of options for dinner and coffee. Only on Sunday a lot of bars and cafés are closed.

The entrance to the station is only 10 metres from the door of the hotel. Our room which we booked at short notice due to a change in plan was on the side overlooking the garden and was very quiet. The room (312) was a three bedded room (we needed only two) but the third bed was not crammed into... More

Large comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. Breakfast is in the cafe downstairs, which is also friendly with a reasonable spread. The location is very convenient for transport and a short walk to the central pedestrian street and the main tourist sights. A good place to stay in Turin.

We stayed one night in September and really enjoyed the accommodations. The room and bathroom were larger than we expected, everything was very clean, and we liked the substantial wood furniture. Having the windows open was wonderful, and the street noise was not bad, however, this was our first visit to Europe, so everything was a bit novel to us.... More

It was a business stay for 6 nights. I chose this hotel because it was close to the conference I had to attend. The room was clean, OK size but bad design, where I personally dont like the closet was located at the far end of the room not near the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioner... More

It's a good located hotel in the center. You can find good restaurants and caffeteria nearby. The rooms are big and staff nice. The breakfast is ok for the price. They don't have many parking places. For one night it's ok.
