Simple classic hotel close to city centre. Very well kept and carefully run by owner. Spacious 3-bedded room with basic furniture. Clean and everything in order. Basic Italian breakfast served in a historical room.

I ended up in this hotel for one night and trust me when I tell you that it's been one of the worst experiences of my whole life, I was given a room that was so cold that I could not sleep all night I use the three blankets I found because the remote control of the air conditioning was... More

I got a room at Hotel Principi d'Acaja at the last minute. I was greeted warmly and found the staff to be most helpful. Not everyone speaks English there but that never was a problem. Principi d'Acaja hotel is an old (19th century?) mansion, carefully decorated and very clean. A good value for your money; the city center is only... More

We stayed here overnight on way back to paris.it is like stepping back in time. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and spoke perfect english. The room was large and quirky is the only way to describe it. The area around the hotel os quiet and very parisian in its style.

The hotel is an old mansion, furnished in Art Deco style - the breakfast room is amazing. It is conveniently situated, being a 20 min walk along Via Garibaldi to the centre of the old town and close to public transport. Our "superior double room" was spacious and comfortable, though it lacked necessary written instructions which caused us a little... More

Ask my wife. Ask my kids. I can be a real jerk, especially when I'm tired, hungry, and disoriented. Such was the case when we blew into Torino after a couple of nights in Avignon. Torino was not on our itinerary, but we had to go there due to the quirks of our eurail pass ( don't ask). My wife... More

We chose this hotel as it was 5 stops on the Metro from Porta Nuovo staion where we arrived and 10 minutes walk to Porta Susa station where we were leaving from the next morning. We discovered it had the added bonus of being an easy walk to the main attractions in Torino - excellent for us as we only... More

We've stayed in Principi d'Acaja already twice and will continue stop there again and again once we are in Torino. It's well placed: just in a couple of minutes from metro station Principi d'Acaja and about 15-20 minutes walk from main signts. Rooms are good bright and clear. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is served in a... More

We stayed for two nights with our three children. The place is really beautiful, a palace built for a prince in the early 1900s. Breakfast was very good, all the people kind and helpful. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning was not working in the kids' room, so they changed them to another one. I don't... More
