If your looking out for accommodation right on Lake Orta be sure to make this your stop. Villa Pinin is simply amazing and combined with all the comforts you'd expect and a terrific host Mariagrazie you can't go wrong. The rooms are very comfortable and depending on which room you book you may have lovely views to the lake. So... More

We attended Lake Orta as my best friend was getting married and we decided to book outside of Orta itself so we could relax during our 4 night stay. Upon arrival at Villa Pinin, (once we had parked our mafia sized car on the driveaway!) the welcome was wonderful. Mariagrazia was very welcoming and apologised for her 'bad' English. She... More

We stayed at Villa Pinin in June 2013 and loved the location. After enjoying our delicious Italian meals it is great to stroll peacefully through town or along the lake back to Villa Pinin which is like coming back to your own home. It is a spacious modern home with an outdoor terrace view across the lake in a very... More

We really liked it here. We spent a couple of days here and it was perfect for us. The romantic lake is a stone throw away and the village a lovely 10 minute walk right next to the lake. The owner was very helpfull, our green room large and the breakfast with home baked bread delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Pinin. It's a fairly modern Italian house with 4 rooms to rent. It's a 10 minute scenic walk to the charming center of town, Orta San Giulio, which has several restaurants. Choose your room carefully. They are priced appropriately for their views and bathroom situations. One room has a view only of the... More

Wonderful stay, stunning views, quiet, very clean, good breakfast, gracious hostess, everything you need to unwind from the stresses of the daily grind. Stayed in early April 2013, season not really underway yet but found everything we needed was easily available in Orta which is about a 10 minute stroll from the Villa.Would like to re visit in season as... We stayed with Mariagrazia in September 2012. She was a perfect hostess, and Villa Pinin is a wonderful B&B. Very convenient to Orta, and in a beautiful location. Orta is a fascinating and historic town. Don't bother with Como. Spend at least 3 days, as we found 2 days too short and left for the rest of our trip reluctantly.... More

Beautful room, great breakfast and location. You won't believe the view from the terrace, absolutely magical. Marigrazia was so gracious, picked up us at the train station and arranged a ride for us when we left. The swimming on the the little beach was unforgettable. Loved every minute and can't wait to return!

Villa Pinin was a great find. Mariagrazia was so lovely and her house in a beautiful spot. We had the Blue Room which had a beautiful view, and was very prettily furnished. We were made to feel totally at home and very relaxed. There is a small beach a few secods walk away where you can swim, and then a... More
