Villa Sampaguita exceeded all of our expectations on our first visit to the Piedmont area of Italy. The beautiful surroundings and views were breathtaking. The vineyard, the vegetable garden, and the fresh herbs still are a grand memory. The house itself is an attractive old structure full of charm and comfort, a very welcoming place. The very reasonable cost is... more

We stayed with Tim and Rina with our two year old and four year old girls, while we attended a friends wedding nearby . We had always found Italy to be quite tricky to get 'right' - but we certainly did this time. The apartment was clean and well laid out - and the outside spaces safe with lots of... more

We chose this B and B because of the reviews on Trip Advisor. My one concern about the lavish praises of this couple were; will they be too accommodating? Not at all. These two were helpful and friendly but still let us roam the grounds and 'do our own thing' without interference. And they are 'real' people. We arrived to... more

This is an excellent launching point for visiting Piedmont. Tim will bring out his maps each morning and help you get to where you are going. His wife Rina makes an excellent meal should you request it. The wine and conversation never stop flowing. Both are most accomadating to your needs and go above and beyond the bare necessities. After... more

This was my second trip to Villa Sampaguita, and it was as wonderful as I remembered it! Tim and Rina are outstanding hosts, always there to answer your questions on the area, make dinner reservations, and give local directions. This B and B is located centrally to all of the great wine areas of Piedmonte and a great place to... more

My wife and I spent four great days touring Piedmont while we stayed at Villa Sampaguita. The owners, Tim and Rina Brewer, are wonderful people that made us feel at home in their B & B. Tim spent time with us planning our daily trips and even had maps and directions. He makes his own fine Barbara wine and also... more

Tim and Rina were fantastic, they transform this already really nice B&B into something else entirely. Loads of advice, maps, recommendations, great breakfasts and patience with our toddler - can't wait to return someday. more

Tim and Rina provided a warm and comfortable home away from home for us during our first trip to Italy. They are truly special people, full of warmth and charm. Rina is an excellent cook, and our breakfasts were great - delicious and satisfying. You just can't beat eggs fresh from their own chickens (no pun intended)! Tim is a... more
