We are regular travellers to Italy and our style of travel is to look for a base to spend a week to travel out to the surrounding regions. Villa Mucci in Agliano Terme served us well for our stay and is well placed to visit Asti, Alba and Borolo, as well as many smaller villages in Piedmont south. . The... More

I'm tempted to give this a bad review just so we can keep Villa Mucci, Robert and Sissel to ourselves. But in truth this is a fantastic find. Beautiful apartment in a wonderful area. But what really makes this a memorable experience is Robert and Sissel. Wonderful hosts who simply couldn't be more welcoming and can't do enough for you.... More

We spent a week at Villa Mucci in September and enjoyed every single minute. Robert and Sissel are wonderful hosts and both apartments are very tastefully decorated. The view from the pool is spectacular and was a welcome relief from daily trips into the countryside.

We live in the US now, but lived in London for several years, providing us much opportunity to visit many parts of Europe, Italy being a constant draw. Since returning to the states, we have returned again... More

What a treasure nestling amongst the grape vines in Piemonte. We'd always wanted to go to Italy but had never found a place that had the combination of all that we want - now we have. Villa Mucci is a wonderful Italian house recently converted by its owners Robert and Sissel, with two apartments (one with one bedroom, one with... More

We fell in love with Italy's Piemonte (Piedmont) region a few years ago. On this visit we stayed at Villa Mucci, a great place that owners Robert and Sissel have recently converted into an elegant getaway nestled in the vineyards below the little hill town of Agliano Terme, close to Asti, Alba, and other wine-famed towns. They offer two completely equipped...
