I have never visited a hotel with such poor customer service - the hotel receptionist are the rudest I have ever come across,it was a last minute holiday that we booked and a quick glance on the website implied a child friendly hotel. When we arrived I asked about bottle warming facilities for my baby a bride 'yes we have... More

This is very modern hotel, limited parking spaces in the front, paid garage available. Go early for breakfast, later the place is fully up and service difficult to keep up with the demand! Poor connections ( bus + underground) while not very frequent. Good restaurant & wine bar opposite at reasonable prices. Recommended for a one night stop if you... More

I am not much for writng reviews but for this hotel I had to write it. First of all air condition was not working when told the receptionist they said open the window. We were charged a tourist tax so when questioned about this the girl at the reception with (straight long hair) said I should ask the Italian goverment!... More

I stayed there for 2 nights and it is good for money as I got a very good deal through booking.com. Once you figure out how to get to the center (bus + metro). Lady at reception not very nice and lady at breakfast not nice. Room was small but ok, carpets & walls would need a good refresh. But... More

After I have purchased the internet and the made a phone call to the front desk to ask for the password (that was pronounced by the receptionist as 'passport'), she demanded me to go to the front desk for the password b/c she said she was busy. The other receptionist in the front desk could not find the reservation made... More

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you look at my trip adviser feed you will see I travel a lot and never have had to write a review like this EVER. The staff are unbelievably rude, un helpful, sarcastic and should be ashamed of themselves to be in hospitality. If you would like to... More

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is great. The location is alright, the good thing is that there is public transport nearby and in less than 10 minutes you get to Duomo. WiFi is not included in the price, and it is pricey, so that is certainly a flaw for a 4-star hotel in a city like Milan.

Location is so-so. It is near the Navigli for party goers. Management makes you pay 7 euros per day per device for Wifi which is unheard of for a 4 star hotel... I am unlikely to go back to this hotel despite the clean rooms as there are better deals that include wifi for free in central Milan.
