Booked the rooms 2 month before the travel date and the price was 708 Euros per night. when I checked the website a week befor the travel date the price has dropped to approx 270. I would have expected from the hotel to give a little attention considering the price paid but they even failed to provide a power adapter... more

Although the chedi milan is located in the suburban area, it is conveniently located close to tram stops and the metro. A direct tram no12 just next to the hotel will bring you to the heart of the city in about 20min. Rooms are really lovely in the chedi. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are big and... more

This hotel is lovely however it lacks Italian charm. You could be in any city in the world. It's very clean and has all the 5 star facilities however the location is suburban and too far away from downtown Milan. more

I staid at the Chedi Milan for more than 60 nights in the past 6 months. It is a beautiful hotel, very stylish, with excellent furniture, a very good breakfast and nice common spaces. Location is not the best if you work in the centre or are in Milan for shopping. Consider that when they say that the hotel is... more

The Chedi is a large boutique hotel a few kilometres north of the city centre. Its location suited me well, and on the whole the hotel itself worked well for me. I had the basic room, rather than the club level, but it was perfectly comfortable and with a better than average bathroom (separate bath and shower). The sink was... more

I stayed at the Chedi Milan for two nights on business. It is generally the type of hotel that I like having been to other GHM properties e.g. on Langkawi in Malaysia. Modern design mixed with service is a winning combination. Several things I was impressed about, the room was well designed, the spa manager introduced himself at check-in, and... more

The Chedi Milan is the best new thing in Milan! A great location for business, avoid getting stuck in the traffic every morning! The Hotel is amazing. Not too much of everything, a perfect balance to relax and be at home. Getting work done is so much easier when in a Club room. Comfortable work area, coffee machine, and what... more

Given its location in a dreary Milanese suburb The Chedi needs to smarten its act up a lot to attract the sort of people prepared to pay its prices. The rooms are nice and modern, which they should be given it opened this yr, the bathrooms are fabulous, and the communal areas are tastefully decorated. However the reservations department and... more

THis hotel should not be compared with it's sister hotels in the East. A converted factory in an outlying suburb does not have the same glamour. This hotel should not have been built here-it's in the middle of nowhere so expect to spend a fortune on cabs. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights in club rooms which were very... more
