The hotel location is a little strange, and the hotel itself felt quite stale. It is pricey and not homey, and there is not much around. It is modern, clean, and serious. Being near a train stop does not make it any more convenient for a city stay. The front desk staff were nice but not very helpful. Seems like... More

We stayed here as part of our tour of Italy. The location was pre-chosen by our tour manager. The hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast was good (included) and we used the hot tub both nights we stayed. It does not have a pool, unfortunately. there was no swimming pool. In July, that would have been welcome. We had an... This AC Marriot was a great find. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was nice, although a bit rough at night. The breakfast was fantastic! I cannot say enough about the staff that went out of there way to help with any request and directions.

The rooms are nice and very Modern, with a comfy bed. The shower was not as nice as I hoped, but not a bad shower. The tv was quite small compared to other hotels I've stayed with... Especially when it's the only thing on an otherwise blank large wall. We were a bit surprised to find we could only get... More

It was my first time staying in this part of Milan. I must say that the surroundings are amazing. It is called "vertical Milan" because of all the new and beautiful skyscrapers that have been built there. Very close to the underground system. The receptionist are all very gentle and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. Probably the only... More

The best part is that the hotel is located next to the Garibaldi train station with a tunnel link between and the hotel has comfortable beds. The front desk staff was helpful. We asked many questions and, with the exception noted below, received good recommendations and helpful comments. Unfortunately, housekeeping doesn't understand that a do not disturb sign means don't... More

Modern, spacious room well furnitured. The air condition worked very well, which was great since it was really warm outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent english speaking abilities. Breakfast was like always in Italy a bit of dissappointing. No live cooking of omelette and overall a basic selection of food. I really enjoyed the relatively well equipped gym. Perfect... More

We stayed here only one night but the room was great and the staff was excellent. Our flight wasn't leaving until later so we asked for a late check out, thinking we would have to pay a little extra like we have at other hotels, and they didn't charge us at all. We were hoping for maybe an extra hour... More

i have stayed here for one night. Very convenient location when coming by train (shuttle from airport- malpensa express). Setting is in the heart of busniss district. Metro station is very close too. At night I didn't find much restavrants arround so at the end, I was desperate and I decided to dine in hotel. I enjoyed it very much.... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
