Agree with other reviews that the hotel is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and that the restaurant is poor. We arrived late, but the restaurant was still open. Sorry if this sounds like a repetitive review, but this is a great location if you are looking for a hotel near Malpensa airport. The spacious room was clean and very comfortable (more than enough room to have a cot for our six month old), and the hotel staff was very friendly. Ok hotel if you need to stay near the Malpensa Airport for a morning flight. Breaktast buffet was ok. But don't eat any other meals there. We thought we were trapped in the middle of nowhere, but a nice couple told us about happenings at the nearby church and trattoria. Definetely get out and explore that area. more

We stayed here for two nights in May for both ends of our holiday. It is very convenient for the airport via the shuttle, but take the telephone number with you as you have to call them for the bus, and it can take 20 mins or more before it arrives. We arrived on a late flight but the bus only took about 20 minutes to show up (after we figured out how to use the pay phones). The staff was polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection. Very close to the airport with regular shuttles running. Definitely recommend it! more

I echo a lot of the other reveiws --- this was a very nice spot for a stay before flying out the next morning. Good service, internet availability, nice little patio out front in what feels like a rural setting although it's located between terminals 1 & 2 and no more than 10 minuets by shuttle bus to either one.... more
