Lovely stay, very friendly staff. The hotel overall was good quality for the price, and it was very clean. The maid service was good, always giving us clean towels and making the bed. The overall vibe and feel of the hotel is nice, it was very well looked after and welcoming. There are local shops and buses, however the nearest... More

Cheap hotel in Milan, compared to other 4* hotels. A bit far from the city center and the subway. The reception is a big problem, we stood in line for over 20min waiting to check-in. When checking in i realised the problem is, they put all details from your passport into their computer. This takes ages, why not just make... More

We booked this place because we were on a budget and it was one of the cheapest choices. It's ok for the price, nothing fancy. The location is a bit hidden but the neighborhood is quiet and we got a good night's sleep because of that. There's a bus stop nearby and it's easy to reach Milano Centrale railway station... More

We spent a week in Milan at this beautiful hotel. Our room was looking as in the pictures from internet, very clean, good breakfast with plenty choices. If you go without a car, the public transport is 40 min away from the hotel (check the map before booking if you not intend to walk too much). There was no wifi... More

The most problematic aspect was the position, at the end of a dark street, not very close to all the transport means. Metro is about 15mins walking, but at 5 mins walking there are busses that connect to the very centre of the city. It is just a matter of studying public transport around the area (the indications from the... More

The Hotel is a long walking distance from the metro station which in combination with the late check in - room was available at 13.30- wasted half my day in Milan. The staff was also not pleasant. At least they could speak English. The room was decent with good heating and normal bed. The bathroom had inadequate and low quality... More

Hotel Idea is really nice hotel, considering the price and the location. The rooms were clean and looked almost like the pictures, the staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We spent three nights in the hotel, after the first we had to catch a train and to leave about 6 a.m. so we had breakfast packages.... More

We just left and couldn't help not leaving a review! The reception team was exceptional! Helpfull and attentive to details, the male receptionist was the most kind and prestative. The neighbourhood is not amazing but worth for the tips and to rest a bit. Surely he made our visit more special and definitely will be back. Hopefully we will be... More

Hotel Idea --- the worst idea I ever had!!! We found it as a fourstars Hotel... The Reception is OK, but the girl was a little bit bored. We wanted 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. The room is very bad surprise!! Broken lamps, dirty carpet, ragged curtain, but the bathroom is worse and worse!! Dirty, rusty, the... More

I stayed with family in October 2015. The room was having the street view. This was causing a lot of noice. On top of it the AC was not allowed for some energy saving day. I wonder how such things can be applied in hotels to make tourists suffer. We had to keep the window opened. The best part was... More

Staying in Bicocca

Neighborhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
