I chose this hotel for the price and its relatively modern look. First night there was a terrible stink of cigarette smoke in the room, there was no AC so opened the window only to be blasted by train noise. They were full so couldn't move us. We were moved the next day but still to a room over looking... More

I have just returned from a weekend away for my birthday at this hotel in Milan. The hotel never acknowledged it was my birthday! Maybe that was due to the fact that nobody except Andrea spoke any English? For a four star hotel it was poor the service of the reception staff! You asked a question and you were bothering... More

There is no wifi in the room only in the reception area. The shower's temperature was unstable. The air conditioning was no working and the room was hot. We tried to open the window but sometimes the smell of cigar was unbearable. The hotel has a shuttle to subway (Sondrio Station) every 30 minutes from 7am to 11:30am. Very comfortable... More

I've been there with the family and enjoyed the big room , the air conditioning was bad but enjoyed the staff and the breakfast , can tell that you may have the best pies and cakes at a breakfast . the internet is only at the lobby and very slow

I stayed here as part of a driving holiday around Central/Southern Europe. It was an acceptable base to explore Milan, with the metro station (Istria) only a short walk away and the centre itself easily reachable by metro. I wasn't impressed with the service as staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help, not a brilliant sign for the hospitality industry.... More

They did not give an extra bed for a 6 year old child they even did not give a pillow. In the reception they think that they are owner of the hotel. They did not accept the People who made reservation from internet. They told everyone that they have a problem in the server and have no room. But in... More

I've been to this hotel a couple of times, and I'm sure I will go there again! The hotel is clean, the rooms are priced properly and the buffet breakfast was included with the deals that I had. If you are looking for a quiet area of Milan, but still fairly well serviced by buses/metro, this is the place to... More

I travel to Italy 5/6 times a year to watch Calcio I use Milan for my base and try to watch as many games as I can in Lombardy. With out even checking anywhere else now I always book the Bicocca. Great prices good breakfast clean rooms pleasant and helpful staff and less than 10 minutes walk from Sondrio Metro... More

This is a perfect hotel for a layover. Price/quality is correct. In the evening we ordered dinner for 15,00 € ( 3 course & wine/water) In the morning an actually "big" buffet breakfast. juice, bread, cerial, coffee .... Prerfect English staff @ the counter. Garded parking.
