This is not a standard Mercure hotel as it has a character of its own with quirkily decorated rooms . It is also quite small by Mercure standards but its assets are the very nice staff and the good beds + the free wifi in all areas. The metro is just in front of the hotel so it is very... More

The hotel is well situated in the centre of town within walking or subway distance from the cathedral (Duomo) and shops. It's not your typical Mercure and you can't use your Accor Advantage card to get 2 for one breakfast - not that you should worry anyway because the breakfast is average and Prinzi bakery 300 meters down the road... Maybe the welcome could be better, specialy at night time, but people from front desk are nice, helpfull and usualy speaking 2 or 3 foreign languages The hotel is pretty ok and close to center and shopping area of Milano (about 10/15 minutes by walk) and not far away from railway station. It is close to a nice park wich... More

The hotel has everything you need. Good bed, bath etcetera... It does have some small bad points. The airco was making too much noise and when we put it off, it was too hot in the room. We had no view whatsoever to the outside. The interior is old.

Very friendly reception from the staff. Overall the decor is old fashioned but comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. The location and price is a big plus. Only 20 mins by taxi to Linate Airport or 5 mins by taxi to the Stazione Centrale. The lift only serves the first 3 floors. Although the streets are busy the rooms are... More

I stayed here on my first time in Milan. The room was surpringly cute, very clean, heated towel rack, soft bed, even a speaker in the bathroom so you hear the tv. Cool detail. Staff was super friendly and sweet. 3 metro stops away from the Duomo, so easy even this blonde metro-virgin got there and back with no problem.

This has to be one of the best spots in Milano. You are opposite their equivalent of Central Park, surrounded by restaurants and bars, have a tram outside that takes you to Centro Station and only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. The front desk staff were extremely helpful as was the floor steward who kept all the rooms... More

This hotel isn't a hotel you wish to stay at unless you're after the location & nothing else. Geographically, the hotel is located in an excellent spot of Milan. I've stayed in different spots in the city but this one is the best when it comes to location. It is on buenos aires street, which is a key shopping point... More

Dear Sir, we are very sorry that you didn't enjoy our boutique hotel. L 'hotel has only 32 rooms, so we recreated the atmosphere of an ancient hous This decision, taken just a few years ago during the total renovation of an old palace dating to 1820, is the reason of the classic hotel style like the district where it... I like the location of the hote- just next to metro entrance. It is also next to Corso Buenos Aires. Room was quite spacious but the bathroom needs to be renovated quite soon. Can be a solution for a short business trips
