this rather characterless hotel is a poor choice. man at reception was outrageously rude (and i don't complain without good reason). Bathroom smelt horrible, 'free' wifi with only one bar of reception, Noisy and difficult to sleep And generally a bit dull avoid this place at all costs and then maybe they'll feel the need to pick up their game!

The location is optimal, however the room was too small for a 4 stars hotel, the bathroom was stinky, the temperature way too hot and the noises from the road quite unbearable.

Convenient location but the hotel was pretty bad considering it is supposed to be four stars. Smelly, old room and air conditioning just didn't cool the room at all. Staff not particularly friendly and breakfast is not worth waking up for! Given Milan hotels seem to be full all the time, I guess there isn't much choice
