I don't know why people talks bad about this hotel, all went fine. Last but not least the gorgeous white dog welcomed me ! The room was clean , the whole staff smiled often and I didn't get any kind of issue there. Sure u can't get a five stars service but if u are looking for value of money... More

If I had not laughed about this place, I certainly would of cried. This hotel is dreadful, in fact, it is not a hotel nor a hostel, it is a grotty run down building. There is absolutely no saving grace. The website is the biggest con, where is the Hotel Piola shown on the website?? This is certainly not the... More

Tell me ,does it cost to welcome guest?does it costs to smile?NO,someone should tell that to the owner. We checked in late evening. All we got was a gesture showing we have to pay first and then you will get a room.Family-runned business.Old couple at the reception could not understand a single word of english/German But they know for sure how... I don't even know where to begin with this review. Checked out this afternoon and still seething with anger. In terms of the hotel, it's kind of what you expect for the price - except for the mangy dog that stinks out the whole building, leaves puddles of drool over the communal stairways (hazardous and disgusting) and jumps out terrifying... Worst place I ever stayed! The room was full of damp, even the sheets were somehow wet. The remote did not work, we had to request another, they gave us minus 50 cents change when we paid the city tax, they did not offered us the wi-password, we were too disgusted to ask for it. There was no heat during... More

Rooms are old, bathroom was OK. Bed was clean and I was tired so slept well. When we checked in I glanced across at the breakfast room to see the tables already laid with plates and food on them. As discovered in the morning everything prepacked, juice from machine but no hot drinks unless you want to pay extra. Good... More

This...inn (not a hotel) is quite well located (25 min. of walk from Central Station), good communication by metro with the rest of the city. Rooms-old, not perfectly clean, terrible smell from the bathroom (even when cleaned). Staff - seems nice when you do not want anything from them. When you ask for something (for instance when you want to... More

We had our flight been cancelled for 2 nights from Paris to Milan.so we just stayed one night in this inn. We tried to cancel the booking but they did not accepted at first... When we reached to Milan we contacted the inn and they told the booking is cancelled and you must pay again more than before for one... More

I booked this because it was relativly cheap and close to a metro station. The overall experience wasn't terrible. The room was fine for sleeping but if you wish to spend any time in your room i would avoid this place. The view was a run down courtyard with residential balconeys covered in washing. The airconditioning was at a cost... More

It's not a hotel, it's a piece of junk: - the included breakfast offered nothing else but the cheapest (and the most crappy) pastry on could buy from a supermarket, plus some orange juice (undrinkable, IMHO, it tasted like sugar and medicine). Last but not least, they charge 2 euro for a cup of coffee (which, judging from my many... More
