This hotel is a comfortable and friendly establishment. The beds are firm and the rooms clean. Breakfast is served in a quaint basement bar with a modest yet delicious selection - don't go looking for the huge buffet, just not Italian. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the tram takes you to the shopping area around... More

I was visiting the University of Milan and stayed at this hotel for one week. It was very convenient since the hotel is only a few blocks away from the hotel. For the price, it was very nice and people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Also, the neighborhood was convenient for a visitor to the university, there are... More

I spent two nights recently in this 4-star-rated hotel. The quality that one gets for a # of stars varies wildly between countries, and I just don't understand it. This hotel is a 4-star hotel only for its price (close to €150 per night). Rooms are small, wifi connection is unstable, breakfast is limited, no vending machine if one wants... More

The only reason you would want to stay at this hotel, is if you have business at Politecnico di Milano, as the university is very near. However, even though we choose it for this reason, we would never stay here again. The reception staff are rude, unhelpful, and abusive, with no idea of customer service. They were affronted when we... More

We had a one day business stay in Milan and found this small and charming hotel, not far from the Linate airport (15 min with taxi). Great breakfast, small room but ok. Internet and breakfast was included to a very god price. I will be back this summer.

Stayed here for one night on business prior to attending a conference at the Politecnico, because it was within walking distance. Made a big mistake in flying to Malpensa Airport rather than Linate, which means a 45-60 minute train journey into town than a Euro15 taxi ride from the station (although you could probably walk it in 30 minutes). I... More

We were here from 28th untill 30th of August. The hotel was recommended by Milano University. The hotel is situated near Milano University and is a good starting place to discover Milano. Metro is just about 5 minutes away and public transport is abundant. Surrounding are, just as in most parts of Milano bit trashy. The hotel itself is small... More

The hotel Dieci is close to Linnate Airport (10 minutes by car). The center of Milan is accessible by tram (number 23) in roughly 30 minutes and you are close to the Citta dei Studi. The staff is efficient and ready to help you. The room was quite small but well-organized and clean. It was a little bit noisy, especially... More

The hotel is comfortable although not impressive for a four stars. The individual rooms are quite small, and the best service is breakfast. In any case, they behave quite aggresive trying to charge as much as possible for the services provided. I did by mistake a double reservation for two nights and they charged integrally four nights. The cancellation policy... More

The Hotel Dieci is a family run hotel and serves breakfasts only. There is a bar but no lunches or evening meal is available. The rooms are small but very clean (the bed linen was changed every day during our 3 week stay) with en-suite facilities. The staff are excellent and very keen to help as well as speaking good...
