We stayed at the Townhouse 12 for 5 nights May 2007 and found it very pleasant. Two blocks from tram which is very easy and cheap to take you anywhere in town. Staff were very friendly and helpful - recommended fabulous restaurant around the corner. My husband and I stayed in Nov 06, for 4 nights in their top floor junior suite which was really lovely and clean, modern and incredibly spacious.
