the rude staff, this is not a hotel (but a hostel), one has to pay for towels (not included), no shampoo and shower gel. The rooms are very dirty, we stayed two days and there is no cleaning service. I asked to have a cot for my baby 6 months (no cot). The bathroom, no toilet paper. The rooms are... More

Hotel is located just near to underground station, two stations away from central railway. This is really good point to start visiting Milano. 5 minutes walking to big market store. However the hotel is not cosy. A bit old and dirty. Price and location are 2 best things for Paganini Hotel.

This hotel is very basic. We wanted to pay as little as possible for a private double room and Hotel Paganini offered the cheapest one at around €20/25 each. We had a very basic room with a television, wardrobe, sink, bed and futon. The staff seemed pleasant enough and weren't intrusive or rude. Bring your own towels (we knew to... More

It could not be dirtier. We found used cigarettes im our private room and the roof of the shared bathroom did fall when we were sleeping. I know this is a 1 star hotel, but that does not mean you should receive that sad service.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty smelly old staff were unhelpful and rude. I am currently sitting in this hotel I just went to use the vending machine and everything was sold out..it would not return my 2.50 euro and the lady at front desk said she could do nothing. The rooms are tiny... More

Shabby, bit dirty, smelly, no towels, no anything. Cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom. Friendly stuff & good localisation, close to the metro station Loreto (green and red lines) and not too far away from the Milano Central station.

The hotel is great for its location and the staff is friendly. We stayed in a private room for three and paid around 20 euros per night. The hotel is 2 minutes away from Loreto subway station and from there you can get anywhere in the city. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. The negative side was... More

There is not an awful lot you can expect from a two star hotel. The staff were very friendly when we arrived. We were late and didn't yet have enough cash to settle the bill but they were very understanding and told us not to worry and settle it the next day. The only problem I had was how cold... More

I imagined that i won't get a miracle for such a low price, but after all, I've expected more... From the positive side, the location was suitable as it is 10min to the train station on foot. The main shopping districts are near and you can easily go on foot to the city center. However, there were some negatives... The... More
