We stayed at this place because we looked for a budget hotel. The rooms are okay, it's a bit noisy and if you are unlucky like us, you get a room next to the toilet which all people with shared bathrooms have to use. Don't expect too much from the breakfast. There's just sweet stuff and some cereals. However the... More

I hope I can impart to you how horrible this place is so that you don't waste your money as we did. The room was filthy, the bathroom (shared bathroom) was creepy, dark, moldy and stinky. The hotel charges an extra 10 EURO a day for AC but pay it so that you can keep your window closed. The street... More

Ca'Grande Hotel in Milan was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I stayed in the hotel for 3 night and it was a terrible experience. The room that I was placed in was literally the attic. The window was the size of a shoebox and the room was 20 degrees warmer than the air was outside. There... More

I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter, I went back to Milan for 2 more nights but of course I didn't stay there. It was terrible, the couple owners are terrible, they wanted to charge me 10$ more for air conditioning, even thought it says with air conditioning. Paper toilet rough and cheap. Breakfast terrible cheap too. I ask... More

Apart from the location that is good ( close to the train station) and that the room was clean, everything else was bad. The whole building smells these sticks that we usually light when there is a bad smell in the area... the room was really old fashioned decorated ( not as it is shown on the pictures), the staff... This hotel is within walking distance to the subway station that provides easy access to all main attractions and main train station in Milan. The hotel had all accommodations we needed, with a private bathroom and balcony. It is nothing fancy, but it is clean and we felt safe here. The staff was friendly and helpful in calling us a... Arriving early evening to the surrounding area we felt quite unsafe and hoped that the hotel would be an improvement. Although it is cheap in comparison to other hotels we felt completely mislead about the hotel. Our room smelt of cigarettes and was very noisy, with no air conditioning and a poor bed that was totally uncomfortable. I definitely would... More

Stayed here for 1 night after arriving in Milan, a reasonable hotel and a reasonable price for a double room, the room was clean and tidy and the owners were very helpful a bargain find. There was a little noise from the traffic but you have to expect that from being in central Milan.

We only wanted somewhere clean, cheap and quiet for an overnight stopover in Milan. Ca'Grande was a good choice for us. It is about 30 mins walk from Milano centrale, and a bit longer from the old town. It's on the main road and easy to find. Our room was small, basic, clean and quiet. A sign in the room... More

The room it's self is quite nice, tidy and an okay size. However, the man that met us at the desk was not particularly rude, but not at all welcoming or helpful. Our arrival seemed as though it was an inconvenience too him, and once check in was completed, he simply waved in the general location of the room and... More
