This hotel is perfectly located. A short walk from the Duomo and shopping district and right on the trolley line in one of the most amazing public transportation systems anywhere. The hotel has a great location: 15 minutes walking to all the touristic places of the city. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are not so big, but are clean. It was easy to get to from the train station by bus or taxi. Not too far from the city centre. The staff were very helpful, and the room very clean and tidy. I left my phone there by accident and they are sending it back to me in London free of charge. More

The only reason to choose is the friendliness of the staff. The building is old and the rooms look worn out, besides being very small and smelling like cigarettes. Also metro stations are far away, so you should use buses/trams or walk (1 mile to the center). In this price range you can find something better. More
