We arrived a couple and three children aged 10, 8 and 1 for 2 nights. Hotel does not have private parking but there is a parking for downloading baggage. Hotel does not have private parking. The hotel itself is very clean, reception was pleasant and we got the room immediately. The room itself is large and spacious and included two... More

I was there with my family, visiting Milan and the Expo. The hotel is a little bit aged, but clean and warm. The area around the hotel is really nice: safe and full of restaurants and with a small theatre nearby. The Dome is just 15 minutes walk, and the nearest metro station just 10 minuts away. Enjoy the great... More

I stayed at this hotel and its best advantage is the location, less than a 10 minutes walk to piazza duomo. The staff is friendly compared to Milan standards. The rooms are clean and breakfast is by far very good compared to Italian hotels' breakfast standard as they usually serve a minimal frugal breakfast. The breakfast here offers more varieties.... I have chosen this hotel for a 4 night stay in Milan with my mum for mainly shopping reasons. Summary: close to centre, reach by Metro in 2 stops room ok, big enought, high ceiling, automatic blinds to shade room breakfast ok, but would not pay 18eur if not in room price i requested quiet room, but was advised that... The location is good quite close the duomo, however the rooms are very old and the beds are not the best. It is a bit noisy with the plumbing and police sirens constantly. The breakfast was pretty average, but then again all food in Europe is average. The service is pretty average.

This was our first stop after a long flight from NYC. The man at the front desk was very nice. He expedited our room and we were able to check in early, which was nice after an overnight flight. We had a family room for my husband, me and our two boys. It was beautiful. Two rooms, so we had... More

We stayed in the hotel for one night on our way through Milan. I booked it because it looks great in the photos and very central. I couldn't have been more wrong! The hotel is old and dusty, all the rooms smell of cigarette, it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't advertise as a 4 star which they are... More

The hotel is not bad. But it is not a 4 star. Our room was on the street side and we have not had one good night sleep. When we came we got a room that wasn't cleaned yet and smelled of cigarettes (we booked for non smokers). The alternative was a bit better, but AC not working so we... More

Quite solid apartment (bedroom, bathroom, living room), but overpriced - probably because of first days of Milano Expo 2015 event (accommodation in the whole city was overpriced that time). Did not get any other cheaper option (a standard room with bathroom, for example) at the time when I booked it via internet. Narrow corridors. Terribly small lifts - have never... More

The hotel is very well located at a walk distance of the Duomo and the Vittorio Emmanuelle Galerie, in the heart of Milan. Although we had a room in the front side the soundproof windows were able to reduce the noise to a decent level. Good breakfast and service were the key to make a pleasant stay.
