We only stayed here for one night, but I was very impressed by the hotel and even more impressed with the staff. The check-in process was smooth and the person who brought us to our room was both informative and entertaining. We had the opportunity to have some cocktails at the bar, which were accompanied by a mini tasting menu... More

2 streets back from the main road... I can't hear a thing but birds wind and at night, awesome music from the trending agora bar. 5 mins from la spiga and shopping district... 10 mins from the cathedral. Awesome in every way. And the spa. The spa.

almost EVERYTHING is in some way above average - from registration to check out - service is friendliest, prompt and discrete - rooms are very clean, gorgeously equipped and include a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with ambience candles and a completely separated WC - roomsize equals that of other 5star hotels junior suites - daily free bottled water,... I was excited to stay at this hotel and found the service great. Excellent breakfast and early check-in through Amex Platinum. I thought the bathroom was poorly laid out and the room overall a bit small. But they graciously reduced the bill after a water inconvenience and a device was fried even using the correct outlet. Beautiful surroundings and minutes... More

When we visit big cities, we always choose hotels that are located very near the heart of the city but we also try to stay at someplace special. Bulgari hotel in Milan is an exceptional hotel, located in the very centre of the city (shopping within 5min walking distance, for dinning you have to take a taxi or walk 25min),... More

We have been in Milano this weekend and I am so sorry, that we did nt have more time to spend in this wonderful hotel. We felt like babys:so cared for... The excellent receptionteam was not passiv, but offered help, whenever they saw us. Mr.Sven Borin (the head concierge) gave us the best tips, where to eat, where to go to...and he knows everything about... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your wonderful note. I have shared this with the team and they were thrilled, we thrive on our guests satisfactions. You must stop by the hotel again as we have recently updated the garden furniture :-) Looking forward to having you back. Kind regards, Attilio Marro More

When I was told this hotel was chosen for our short trip to Milan, I was at first apprehensive, but I should not have been. It is the most beautifully designed modern hotel in Europe! Italian designers do not disappoint in their choices, the marble, wood, colors, fixtures, furniture, everything is sublime. I could live there forever! We had a... More

Since we were arriving in Milan early in the morning after a red eye flight in economy class, we decided to treat ourselves to a nicer hotel to increase our chances of an early check-in. We ended up at the Bulgari Milan, which is unquestionably one of the best hotels in the city (though mostly it was because we found... More

Acceptably over-the-top plushness in this haven of luxurious tranquility: as a total indulgence I have done Sunday brunch/buffet a couple of times. The bar in the garden restaurant is transformed into a buffet table of gargantuan epicureanism - elegant piles of almost every impossibly delicious food ever seen. Truly sumptuous and €140 per person @ the buffet, so €200 easily... More
