I made a reservation for my wife at the Bulgari Spa for her birthday for 2 different treatments, a facial and a massage. Although I was very clear, the Bulgari staff manage to screw up the reservation and book two simultaneous appointments for the two treatments. I was informed of this error only when we got to the Spa of... more

we staied at the Bulgari after our trip to Naples and we have to admit that we went to 2 beatuiful place...and quite similar...Romeo in Naples and Bulgari in Milan. Even if the rooms are quite small we were impressed with the furnitures and super amenities. yes, maybe the pool is too small but we went to the best hotel... more

Unless you are really chic and have lots of money this hotel will make you feel very drab. The decor is amazing, the gardens beautiful, the staff very welcoming and the service immaculate. The rooms are sumptuous but everything is expensive - £12.00 for a pot of tea, £60 for breakfast for 2 and £19 for a cocktail. We didn't... more

This gem is perfectly suited for any traveler expecting a typical fashionable Milan experience- whether corporate or leisure, this hotel knows how to please! The location is hidden and what seems like off the beaten track... but it's a quick walk to the metro and only about 10 minutes from the Duomo! The rooms here are oversized, comfortable, sophisticated and... more

I have stayed in Hotel Bulgari in Milano one night for business purposes. The Hotel itself is perfectly located, at walking distance from Via Montenapoleone, La Scala, Brera or other Milano attractions. First of all I got amazed by the Hotel itself: in the center of Milano I suddenly found myself in a beautiful garden surrounded by green! Hotel personnel... more

2nd time staying here - first time was within a year of opening. Service was impeccable - the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful or nice. The place itself doesn't have quite the same buzz it used to - clearly not the trendiest place in town anymore but the layout of the hotel means that it feels quite... more

Stayed at the Bulgari Hotel for the week-end with my wife. Although I'm normally fussy about hotels, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The lobby, bar and rooms are kept in a very clean, elegant design. Staff was very friendly and attentive even though we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet. Breakfast is very rich (and comes... more

First time I was here was in the Summer of 2007. The pool area was under revision, which I was not informed of making my reservation. As I swim everyday, this was for me unacceptable. The second time I stayed in the Autumn the same year, I left my watch on the table in my room. (Clearly my mistake) and... more

Just returned from a weekend in Milan, a mother and daughter trip, I have to say that it is the best hotel I have visited , and we really didn't want to leave. we have visited other 5 * hotels which have been good but the Bulgari staff were by far the happiest and most friendly we have experienced, our... more
