Our recent stay at the Bulgari hotel in Milan was one of the best hotel visits we have had. From start to finish the service and warm hospitality was exceptional, and of course the design of the hotel and beautiful oasis of the garden provided a great start to our holiday. The location is very good - so close to... More

I stayed for over a week and really enjoyed every single day. Beautiful garden area in the center of Milan. Great service and an amazing aperitivo. The Spa is excellent and the rooms are so nice that it's hard to go back home. I really can recommend this hotel!

We were there for 2 nights only, in early June. It was my first time staying at the Bulgari in Milan. Previously, we've stayed at Principe di Savoia and Hotel Straf. But i must say, after staying at the Bulgari, we will probably not be staying anywhere else when we're in Milan. We were extremely happy with our short stay!... More

This is truly a a beautiful hotel set in magical gardens. We were in room 203 which had stunning light with three windows all overlooking greenery...which I am enjoying while I write this review! The convenience of its location unparalleled. Very comfortable rooms, truly lovely and helpful staff (Especially reception, bell boys and concierge). The pool with its gold mosaic... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your review! I was very pleased to hear that you have enjoyed the hotel, and its location. Please accept my most sincere apologies if the food arrived cold on two occasions, there are no excuses and it is indeed unacceptable that such an incident, that should never happen, has occurred twice to you... I spent two nights at the Bulgari a couple of summers ago. You can't fault the hotel in any regard, really - good service, beautiful rooms (though a bit small); Bulgari amenities in the rooms a nice touch. Sipping cocktails on the garden lawn at sunset was very pleasant. All in all, it's your typical good quality, 4.5 star hotel... More

I just loved it-the room was great , very spacious with warm furnishings and wooden floors, most elegant and well laid out.I had a large terrace ( bigger than many hotel rooms) with lit candle lanterns, the bath with a scenetd candle, terrific goodies in the room including a hot digestif to drink after eating well in a foodie town,... Dear Guest, Thank you for your incredible review, very glad to see that you enjoyed your stay and all the our extra little touches. We recently rennovated all our rooms and will be undergoing a spa rennovation in the month of August so there will be much to discover during your next visit. On the other hand I apologize for... We've spent two nights in this beautiful property but we were not convinced. The location is great and quiet, the garden and the parking were a plus (especially in Milan). The room was simple but elegant, with a big black marble bathroom. The service was average, with nothing surprising (a bit flat for a 5 starts hotel). Breakfast is too... More

Dear Guest, Please accept my most sincere apologies for the poor experience you have had! I was very sorry to read that you left feeling that I poorly manage the hotel. If you love high quality brands and being seen then this is the place to be! The cars parked outside tell you about clientele - always at least a couple of Ferrari's, several Porche's and high end Mercedes at all times!! This is a lovely stylish and fabulously renovated and appointed old palazzo with fabulous service and a perfect location. ... More

The Bulgari is a sleek, modern hotel ideally located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the fashion district and La Scala. By far the number one thing you'll note about the hotel is the warm, helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and ensure a pleasant stay. From the doorman who greets... More
