Room was compact and a bit dated. However it was clean and warm (we visited in winter and it was very cold outside). Shower was warm and powerful but the cubicle was very small. WiFi connection was good. Location close to central station. Breakfast was ok. All in all the hotel is fine for the price.

I stayd here one night en route to Venice after a long flight. I booked the hotel because it was low cost and near the main train station in Milan. I was pleased to find the wi-fi worked well, and the breakfast was very decent and included orange juice, yogurt, espresso (made fresh at the bar - no machine coffee)... More

Great location only 5-10 minute walk from central station (I was walking with my mother who was a little slower, so you could probably do it in 5 minutes). Friendly staff who were able to give us a great overview of the sights and how to get there using the metro. Close to shopping streets and metro station to get... More

Great location just 5 min walk from central station. This is just a 2 star hotel so although the room was small it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The shower was on the small side (- pie eaters would struggle!) but the pressure was great! Breakfast was simple but ok. All in all a good 2 star for a... More

Nice friendly welcome. We couldn't access our room until 2 pm but we could leave our bags until then. Explored the market right outside the door! Fresh fruit and vegetables, along with other usual goods...socks, jocks and handbags! it's on every Tues & Sat. if you drive there, parking is to be found elsewhere the nights before the markets I believe.... Just ok. Staff friendly. Our room was right behind the desk (literally) and they made zero effort to be quiet even after midnight when people are obviously trying to sleep. For Milan during the Expo this is the best we could do. I would equate it to a bad Days Inn (USA). Neighborhood was just ok, not too scary but... More

Stay for one night here. The room was small but more than enough for 2 of us for a night. Small bathroom nothing special, basic stuffs. Air conditioner was working well. The breakfast was enough but the range of offered food was narrow. My feeling was "Eat something not to be hungry". The staff is very helpful and friendly was... More

If your just visiting over night it's a good place to sleep, very basic but close to everything, wifi was good, staff friendly, towels were soft and hotel was clean, has a nice area out the back & aircon was good but noisy but when it's hot you can live with that, I could hear people talking in the next... This is an old hotel, our room was very basic, it had no safe, you could borrow a hair dryer from reception, the bathroom was very small, there was limited knee room while sitting on the toilet. The shower had great water pressure. Our bed sank in the middle, but it had a very comfortable mattress. The lobby and reception... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
