It was the second time for me at Arco Romana. I like this hotel cause it was so close to my University Bocconi and to the metro stop Porta Romana. I stayed 3 nights looking for an appartament nearby, my room was on the Terme Milano so the view was nice. The breakfast is too late especially for me, it... More

we stayed at this hotel just for one night but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Rooms are not too big but on the other hand the hotel is not to expensive either. The balcony had a nice view and there were lots of services around. I think the hotel is very good value for money and it's... More

We have stayed in this 3 stars hotel , me and my girlfriend, in January. Our room had a nice view on Porta Romana and we could see the Duomo from the balcony as well, even if it was far. The hotel is small but still cute and it has a very elegant and nice staff. The breakfast was okay... More

Dangerous foreign men working in the Hotel. They almost attacked me (18 year old female student) in the elavator just because i sarcasticly said; "very friendly". After i said that i went into the elevator and he ran after me, opened the door and said really bad words and CAME ON TO ME. Thank god i had my german shepherd... More

I have made a mistake of booking a room in Arco Romana. I booked for 4 nights, had to cancel after spending just one night in there (yes, it was THAT bad) - this "hotel" is very small, there are cockroaches, and worst of all, I did not feel safe staying there. But let me number it out: 1. SAFETY:... More

We found this hotel difficult to get into as it is on the 6th floor above the street and getting the gate unlocked is not easy. The icon mark on the bell button is worn off and it is difficult to decide which button is for the bell. There is an elevator but it is very small and almost impossible... More

I chose this hotel because it was in Rick Steves’ Italy 2009 book. The receptionist seemed to know as much English as I do Italian but checking in was easy nonetheless. The room is quite small by American standards but works just fine for me. The hotel advertises it’s recently refurbished and it does look like it. I chose a... More

We booked a room for our visit 6 months prior to our arrival. When we arrived at the property, they did not have our reservation. We had received confirmation of the reservation so the man at the desk said that they had bought the property in July (so apparently they don't keep reservations of prior customers)...whatever, then he tells us... Avoid this hotel with all costs. I stayed there with a large group. We had 5 rooms and 4 out of the 5 rooms had bed bugs. We all woke up with tons of bites. The service was terrible and we all got overcharged 16 euros per person. If you want to avoid bed buds then stay away from this... More

Beware of this hotel and look elsewhere. The bathrooms are not clean. The owners are highly disorganized and were confused about the reservation and rooms. The owners increased the room rate upon check in. In order to keep to the room rate which we agreed upon before arrival, I had to produce copies of all correspondence. The hotel shared bathrooms...
