We stayed at the Park Hyatt for two nights at the beginning of a 2.5 week trip to Italy in October, 2008. The hotel is perfectly located, totally luxurious in a contemporary, understated way and the service and amenities across the board are excellent. It is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in Italy and one of the top... More

One of the best locations in Milan: a block from the Duomo, La Scala, the Galleria. Easy walking to terrific restaurants. Very crisp, clean -- business-like aura, like a Four Seasons -- with modern touches inside. Amazing bathrooms. Best part of the hotel was the outstanding service provided by both the front desk and the concierges. Way above and beyond... More

I have stayed at the Park Hyatt In MIlan many times, most recently in August of 2008, but have never before written a review. This is my third time staying there just this year alone (January, April and August 2008). I usually book a Park Deluxe or Junior Suite, either of which is an excellent room. This time we booked... This hotel has everything: great location (right next to the Galleria and the Duomo); great modern Italian style in the public areas and the rooms; fantastic facilities; great food; and staff who can't do enough for you. I am a fan of Hyatts but though I have been coming to Milan on business two or three times or more a... More

Spectacularly located, spectacularly staffed, spectacularly appointed. Absolutely top line experience. Nothing to complain about, would be nearly impossible to find better in Milao.

On a recent trip to Italy, I had the opportunity to spend a weekend in Milan. I really wasn't sure where to stay, I had been at the Four Seasons before, but wanted to try something new. I chose the Park Hyatt because of its location and I liked the modern style of the rooms on the website. I was... More

So this is what a five star hotel is like. Usually an expensive hotel (we went on hotel points) but I think worth a treat every now and then. Faultless location in the Galleria Vittoria and close to all the shopping and attractions. Room was great though maybe alittle too much mirrored glass in the bathroom. As you would expect... More

I stayed only two days for seasonal shopping. I was alone and it was my first time at the Hyatt. I'd selected this hotel because of the good reviews here. The staff was kind and friendly, the hall magnificent with the glass dome and the wall hung with a big Fontana's sculpture. On the other side the room had damp patches... More

There's nothing to complain about park hyatt, milan. We love especially the buffet breakfast there.Though most of customers don't eat there, maybe it's too expensive or maybe the breakfast is not included in the rate.It became the best experience I ever had of having breakfast in the five star hotel.Very few ppl ,good music, beautiful sky light thru the glass dome, everything is just like... The Park Hyatt Milan is the hottest rated property in the city. It is in an excellent location steps away from the best shopping (although probably not as prime at the Four Seasons) and has a great old world feel. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. I like the B&O television and the bed had the finest... More
