Do not kid yourself - one day and one night will never be enough in Milan! And what a welcome! We arrived at 11:00am and, given our previous experiences with early check-ins in London, asked if we could leave our baggage with them until check-in time. We were confused by the concierge's bemusement at the entire notion and then utterly... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Park Hyatt. We chose it for its central location, as we wanted to see the sights and shop at the designer stores. We had a fantastic time. Firstly, this hotel is in a truly amazing location - practically in the Galleria and just a few steps from the Duomo. The designer shops... More

Stayed here for 3 days with my wife while we were house hunting in January. This is a great hotel which is to be expected when you consider the price. They have a great lounge and bar. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Room service was just OK they forgot half of the order. Wired Internet access in the rooms... More

I have stayed here twice and on both times my visit has been perfect. Park Hyatt Milan has the best location imaginable. The staff is professional, extremely helpful and friendly. Everything works faultlessly. I also like the contemporary decoration of this property, although it is quite alike with other Park Hyatt's. The hotel is pricey, but I think it is... More

The room was stunning and modern, yet warm and inviting. Incredible bathroom. Would stay there again! Only complaint was that the Concierge refers guests to fairly poor restaurants (and those are hard to find in Italy!). Gotta be that there's a kick-back arrangement. One would expect better from such a hotel's concierge. Here are the details: We asked for a... More

I arrived at this hotel via subway with my carry-on in tow. Although the bell staff were occupied with a limo at the front door, one of them spotted me and grabbed my bag and gave me a nice welcome. Check-in went quickly with the English speaking staff. I requested a room with a view up a few floors and... More

We stayed in the Park Hyatt for 3 nights in May. The room (a junior suite I think) was huge as was the bathroom. It was equipped with all the ammenities you expect from this standard of hotel. I like the decor although because it was so trendy when it opened it will date quickly. The whole of the hotel... More

We had a two night stay at the Park Hyatt Milan in May. The best thing about the hotel is its location! You are directly in the center of Milan and just steps away from the famous Galeria. The hotels rooms are very nice as posted by other posters and have a very modern feel to them. I did think... More

In a world full of nice and sometimes very expensive hotels the Park Hyatt stood out. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and found the room entirely excellent in most respects (size, amenities, etc.). The food was very good at this hotel as was the service. The location is superb - very close to shopping, restaurants, the Duomo, La... More
