Ok so first off go to venere.com if you want to stay at this hotel as they have the best prices and if you search the net you will find discount codes to take off an additional 4%. This hotel was a bargain find online & for what we paid it was a steal! The room was very clean & comfy & with the shutters it made it quiet & dark. The staff here were amazing they spoke really good english and were oh so helpful! They were all pleasant & went out of their way to help... more

Used the hotel in October 2007 on a shopping trip to Milan. Its proximity to Famagosta metropolitana station made travel to the Montepoleone area the essence of simplicity. Breakfasts were excellent, our room was clean and the bathroom spacious. Marginal downside in inclement weather might be the walk to restaurants situated in Piazza Miani some 800 meters from the hotel.... more

Hotel clean and tidy, room spacious with balcony, the staff were friendly and the breakfasts good, however the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and a good twenty minutes at least by metro into the city. Stayed here for the olympics. The hotel is NOWHERE near Malpensa airport. Its about 90 mins away! 24 hour reception is useful and so is internet access downstairs. Bar is small and expensive. Breakfast has a wide selection of Hams!!!!! Would go back! REMEMBER METRO costs 1€ for anywhere in the city and is only a 5 minute walk up... more
