The hotel does not have air conditioning during the night. Only till 22:30. Even when it's summer in Europe. So, to enjoy the fresh room you should be at the hotel during the day. I'd called the front desk to reclaim about that and the employee said "just open your window". I do not suggest to stay here!

Myself and my 3 friends came to stay at Hotel Demidoff for 2 nights for a weekend break to Milan. I'm writing this review while the events of this weekend are still fresh in my mind as this hotel was the only thing that was negative about our weekend, and I feel it needs to be shared with anyone even... Disgusting room (on the top floor, where the elevator is not enough, so the guest has to carry your bags up the stairs to the room), full of mold, cold (thermostat did not work), the bedding was not changed (nor the towels), no curtain in the bathroom ... The worst: extremely rude staff.

Average. Very dated room in desperate need of an update which also smelt of smoke. We were only here for one night which I can manage but probably wouldn't stay for any longer. However the staff were helpful and quite friendly as well.

The hotel has a strategic placement: near the Lima metro station, around the corner of Corso Buens Aires, a heaven for shopping lovers, 10 minutes walk to Stazione Centrale and half an hour to the city center ( Duomo and Emanuele II Galleries). The room is ok, small, but with a confortable bed and TV. I think the bathroom is... More

OMG guys ! the worst hotel ive ever stayed in my entire life. The staff at the reception were so blatently RUDE and RACIST. One of them even had the gall of say go back to your own country, this is not your home. WHO IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY SAYS THAT ? This hotel is in shambles and a JOKE.... More

The staff is RUDE. ESPECIALLY this old man with white hair and glasses (there are two, am talking about the one who is shorter and who was at the reception counter around 10:30pm on Friday 28th February 2014). This man is racist and treated us like with disdain and attitude. If not for my courtesy, I would've slapped this little... More

This hotel is in central Milan. Stones throw to the Metro Line and fantastic shops. Its walking distance to the Main Railway, The Dome and 'The Last Supper'. Reception was multilingual and Lucas was always there to help and give you directions, advice and maps. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and you can eat whatever you want. Waitresses very... More

The location is great if you want to walk to the shopping in Milan. The hotel downstairs is very cute too. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke English enough to communicate easily. Breakfast was good. The rooms were okay. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillow was equivalent to a piece of paper. They were so flat and... More

I arrived at around 7pm and upon check in I found out that the elevator was under repair, forcing the guests to wake up and down the stairs. I also discovered that internet was not in service. The.rooms are dark, you can hear all kinds of noise from the hall and from the streets. Next day morning before checking out... More
