So it's about 85 degrees F. in Milan and the first night at Hotel Gamma we woke up to a stuffy, hot room. The staff tells us the A/C is only on from 4-10 pm daily. Even then, it's not very cool. We asked for a small electric fan and one of the staff told me, "I tried to help... More

"+" - Hotel is good located. There are different places to eat. The subway station is near. Staff speaks different language. Rooms are clean. "-" - Rooms are small. Hotel doesn't have stuff to iron clothes. To a request "possible to drink tea at hotel?", an answer of staff was "I am so busy to prepare" - a but unprofessional.

Room is decent and sizable. We have not problem with the room. Toilet/shower area is clean and spotless. Toiletries were not replenished. There is an aircon and a heater in the room, but none of them was functional - either because they are not functioning at all, but they were not supposed to be functional at the time we were... This place was booked on my behalf and if I had any say in that process I would not have booked it. Room I had was small with a single bed, with my arms stretched out I could touch the walls on either side of the room. TV with no remote, cold shower and breakfast that was barely adequate (fresh... Smaller hotel but professionally run, in close proximity to Green Line Metro, Trams, Buses & Trains. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful staff, especially Aziz. Good hot breakfast included. Stayed six nights and felt right at home. Had a larger triple room (3 twins) with a fine bathroom. Good local restaurants nearby.

All is good. Only some rooms are really tiny and there is no iron in the hotel. Do not bring clothes that wrincle. Wifi has to log on every time you open a brouser. Very close to station-must sleep with windows closed as too noisy. All other is good and staff is very friendly and helpfull. I enjoyed the stay.

2 stops from Stazione Centrale. Enter the metro a few steps away. The staff is kind, courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean. The lift is a bit tight, but it is! The room is clean. A little simple, but it can only be relaxing. Fully complied with. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom exhaust fan is a bit lacking... More

Upon entering this hotel the surroundings are very modern and the staff very helpful, particularly Aziz who spent the time recommending a restaurant for us. The bedroom was very dated as was the bathroom, however it was adequate. The breakfast was very poor and despite getting to breakfast early all the hot food had gone and was not replaced. The... This is a basic hotel with no frills or luxury but keep in mind that a luxury hotel is going to cost a lot more in Milan. The furniture in the room looks dated, but the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were courteous. The bathroom fixtures need to be updated since the shower head leaked... More

The room I had was tiny, with only one power outlet that was near the door for some reason. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and they spoke English well, the room was reasonably clean, and the metro stop was very close by. Good if you're looking for something cheap and don't plan on being in the... More
