Close to the Central Station. good breakfast.Clean rooms. Nice personnel, but a little bit to "pushy". Is a good hotel if you are in transit and specially if you have luggage, very close to airport transfers

Very friendly, polite staff willing to do the best for you. Five minutes walk from Milan Centrale train station. Good Breakfast. Operational lift. Excellent room service on daily. Lots of eateries around for your choice of taste. Can walk to many of highlights. Bus and tram stops right in front of the hotel. Good free WiFi.

This is a hotel located really close to the train station. I was only there for a transit. The building is pretty old, but classic in a way. Unfortunately the bed is really uncomfortable and the dining area is pretty crowded. I didn't quite like the service. In fact for that price, a hostel nearby offers much more flexibility and... We stayed here as we were travelling by train from Venice and this is about 400 meters from the train station. Hotel rooms were fine but the elevator is old and very small. Breakfast is good. Not much view from the room other than the street.

We stayed here after a long international flight to recover before moving on. For that it is a good hotel. It is about 10 mins walk from the Milano Centrale train station with kids and luggage, but factor more like 30 mins to get your bearings and walk once you get to the station. But really, it is very close.... More

You get what you paid for. Breakfast was decent and acceptable. Staff is helpful. Left my camera bag with my camera in it and staff called up room to inform and returned it. very thankful for that. Could not leave baggage at concierge but could leave it under the staircase at our own risk. Good for resting after a day... More

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station (walking distance) so it was idea for us. The breakfast was included and adequate for European standards. The hotel is a small, old, restored building, but was very adequate. The only negative we encountered was that the clerk told us the we had reserved a triple room instead of a double.... More

This hotel is not good for families. Although the location is good, cleanliness is very bad. I also had to make the hotel payment in cash although during reservation, it was stated that the payment will be by credit card. The art decoration and big pictures hang over the walls are not suitable for children.

Due to the fact that Expo was taken place in Milan, everything in the city was overpriced. That was exactly the case of Hotel Demo´ in July, 2015. But the stay was nice although they have the smallest lift I’ve seen in my life (just two persons each time). Staff was kind and the little self-service buffet in the breakfast... More

Average accommodation in short proximity to Milan's Central Station. Stopped here for a night while traveling between Zurich to Rome. The rooms weren't any special, but clean, and the breakfast was also quite basic.

Staying in Bicocca

Neighborhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
