It was cold, there is hardly hot water, the heating is very slow and it do not warm the room. They do not do the beds, they only pull the cover on the bed. we had to pay a fee of 10 euros for parking the car from 23:00 to 07:00 and this has gone on for 3 days...so 30... More

So we arrived at Lampugnano station at 4:20 in the morning. i requested before the early check-in maybe like 10 am, instead of 1 pm as it is on their description. Metro was closed, was very cold outside. We reached hotel around 7 am. Receptionist opened the door (i was told it is 24 hrs reception) and we woke him... More

stayed a couple of times overnight because of 7 am flights from BGY and MXP. This hotel is rather close to Centrale, so if you need to catch a 4 am shuttle - no need to call a taxi or go by metro - just 10 min walk. Best rooms are upstairs. Never had breakfast - since leaving too early.... More

Receptionist was rude with us and other guests, room was very spartan but clean. Bathroom had no bidet and the shower was uncovered. I'd take it for a night just if I couldn't find anything else, treating guests like they are an annoyance is not acceptable for a hotel. When we arrived the receptionist didn't even say hello when I... More

We definitely don't advice to stay in this hotel: terrible service, cold room, stained bedsheet, toilets can't be looked, 25 min waiting for free table / breakfast, unfriendly receptionist, no tea or fresh bread/ toast available for breakfast, stained walls, old furniture and doors

Good location if you don't have a car. Close to the Red line of the metro, which can take you anywhere in the city. Rooms really basic with shared bathroom, bed blankets really thin, really cold at night (in September). Bed not the best. Expect to pay an extra 5% if you don't have cash. Pictures of the rooms much... More

Stayed there for two nights and didn't encounter any serious problems. The room was spacious and clean, the shared bathroom as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, contrary to some opinions here. Met three of these guys and they could all easily communicate in English. Location is not perfect, but good enough - 20 minutes walk from the... More

Pro: cheap and tolerably clean, 24h desk. Con: ugly, not great location, VERY unfriendly staff, bad spring mattress, no air con. There was a long electricity outage; no information or apology. I've been traveling for a while, but this has been the worst. Only go if all else is booked or too expensive.

Rooms are spacious but smell in the room was terrible when we first enter. There is no aircondition but one noisy fan in the room. Receptionists are not friendly. One tall and dark guy was even rude. Breakfast is poor.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to metro & central railway station. Our room was clean and tidied every day. We'd got nice view from balcony but the walls in our room were really thin, so we could hear our very loving & active neighbors. We didn't have any problem with wifi, it was fast and no problem... Staying in Bicocca

Neighborhood Profile
Bicocca
Although Bicocca is a peripheral district, many visitors will find it appealing. The district is enveloped by the immense Parco Nord (North Park), one of the largest parks in Europe. Inside is the theater Arcimboldi, one of the most important contemporary theaters where concerts and shows are organized. In the same area, there is the University of Milan Bicocca, whose distinct architecture rivals a movie set. Coffee shops, a multiplex and a shopping center are in the campus, along with the Fondazione Hangar Bicocca, one of the most famous museums of Contemporary Art.
