I consider myself fortunate to have come across a review of this hotel when planning our first trip to Italy. It was the perfect starting point for our 10 day trip. Paolo, Annette, and crew are so helpful and accommodating. We arrived mid-morning after an overnight flight from NY (getting no sleep), and were hours early for check-in. Paolo directed... More

The style of this hotel is very much the same like many Mediterranean homes I've been to. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, the location is great and if you are lucky to have a room overlooking the garden, you can enjoy quietness and solitude if you need to.

The hotel is truly convenient for visiting Il Cenacolo (The Last Supper). The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of many other attractions in Milan (Castello, Duomo, La Scala, Galerie Victor Emanuel II, etc.) And is very close to the Malpensa Express for quick, inexpensive transfers for international travellers. The breakfast is... More

A charming boutique hotel nestled in a small court yard and well situated. It's within walking distance to La Scala and the Duomo, and has Leonardo's Last Supper, almost next door! But for the latter, you must reserve months in advance. We were seeing a performance at the opera so this hotel was perfect. The service is warm and welcoming... More

Antica Locanda is nestled in the heart of Corso Magenta, few steps from the Leonardo Da Vinci Cenacolo (Last Supper) and 15 minutes walk to Castello Sforzesco and other famous historical building in Milan The owners, an Italian nice chap and his Japanese wife, run the place as a home : an amazing breakfast welcomes you in the morning, and... I was very happy with my stay in this very charming, characteristic hotel. Let me start by saying that I love everything that’s a bit quirky and out of the ordinary and in this hotel, all the little details around the hotel really surprised me. For example, as soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by an unusual and very... More

The hotel is situated in the back of a house (and therefore very calm although the hotel is not far from the center). The rooms are decorated in XIXth century furniture and are very charmingly arranged. The service is excellent and so is the breakfast. I am certain to return there if I go to Milan. The wifi is free... More

Having read all the good reviews of this hotel prior to our trip, we arrived at the Antica Locanda Leonardo with high expectations and we weren't disappointed. We were greeted by pleasant staff, smooth check-in and personally escorted to our room. The hotel location is great, very close to Cadorna Station,( for those who need to take the express train... Stayed for 2 nights whilst at a conference in Milan. Slightly quirky, with a complicated entrance but very pleasant room and friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was less lavish than in a grand hotel but perfectly adequate. I will stay here again if visiting Milan on business (or pelasure).
