Great cheap place to stay in the center of Milan. For those who love the chic, not particularly fit. Pleased with the hotel receptionist. Very friendly. Over breakfast taught how to drink coffee, and talked about the difficult situation in Italy.

Its an average hotel, 10 mins walk from the main station. The hotel is on the first floor and no elevator. Its on the main road and you might not get a proper sleep if you can not take noise during sleep. The hotel staff was helpful but the breakfast was better than average. I would recommend this to someone... More

Stayed here when visiting Milan for the Celtic Champions League game and hotels were at a premium. Paid 92 euros for a single room with an ensuite and shower. To be fair the room was tidy enough but a bit dated and the toilet was functional without any pomp. Breakfast was included which was a nicely made coffee, cereal, brioche... More

Thank goodness we only booked one night as a stop over between Florence and Turin. Paint and plaster falling off the walls (room 44), shower head won't stay on it's hanger (big hole in tiles where shower head used to be). Asked for extra pillows, told not allowed as we had 2 in the room and there was only 2... More

We stayed there two separate occasions during our trip to Italy, the 2nd time was much better (due to staff, room size, bathroom, and room itself). They don't have maps of the city, which is inconvenient. The staff was helpful, but you can't take them with you while you're walking around. They helped bring the luggage up the stairs (no... More

Ermm... Im here right now... I think its too expensive for what it is. I know, i know Milan is expensive but still, I expected less mold in the shower. The breakfast is nice (juices, croissants filled with nutella, cornflakes, coffe and water and toast) Wifi is 5 euros per day. The key you must return everytime you go out.... More

Stay away from Verona Hostel! Even the relatively low price is not worth it! The bathroom in room 53 is bloody cold and sordid and covered with mould. There is no hot water or towel hanger-you must either put all your clothes on the floor or outside the bathroom. Towel must stay outside, otherwise you'll get it wet during the shower, because there... More

This 1-star hotel is only an 8-minute walk from the Stazione Centrale on a fairly quiet street just two blocks from the Republica Metro stop (or tram ). It's really not far from restaurants, clubs, and is about a 30-minute walk to the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala centro historico. But it's fairly free of frills, the front desk is on... More
