Basic. Very noisy, with both trams outside and neighbouring guests clearly audible. The rooms are very clean but have a real seventies vibe to them. The staff were friendly and helpful. more

The Roxy Hotel is ok. Nothing special. It is well located within walking distance to Milan centre and tourist attractions. Close by to tram and subway. Rooms are a bit old and staff not so friendly. But if you a looking for a good price close to the centre this one might be a good option. (Free wireless internet !!!) more

Maybe hotel staff do not realize fully that their jobs are dependent on visitors and tourists and if they are friendly and helpful it can be positive for them too. One can miss a lot if the hotel staff do not assist you in getting downtown, giving advice on how to get there or give you a map on things... more
