Outstanding hotel near Codorna Station or Parco Sempione. Hotel staffers are the ultimate professionals. Quiet location, close to delightful restaurants, simple but comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, and exceptional staff. Two thumbs up---a solidly reliable hotel in every way.

Within walking distance of the Cadorna train station, but suggest taking taxi if you have a lot of luggage or small children. What a delightful place to stay. Very helpful front desk staff. Our airline Delta had missed the transfer of our luggage to Alitalia and our luggage was not at the airport when we arrived. The front desk gentleman... More

An excellent property. We had a large bedroom with a huge two sink, bathroom with a tub for a very fair price. Everyone is friendly and anxious to offer help and the breakfast is very good with plenty of options. For us, an excellent location with many sights and restaurants conveniently located within short walks. All in all, highly recommended.

Our second time staying at The Lancaster. Well located in quiet area of Milan and a short walk to the historic centre and the Duomo. Comfortable rooms with large bathrooms, some with bath tubs. Good breakfast, great coffee. Helpful front desk but you may want to do your own research into restaurant options.

Walked to the hotel from the train station, and met by very helpful front desk. Couldn't have asked for better information. Dissapointed that we couldn't see the Da Vinci's last supper, desk clerk Mauricio suggested the church of San Mauricio. Beautiful frescos from the same period. Location of hotel was perfect, not in the fully loaded tourist district. Clean, good... More

I chose this hotel for a weekend’s sightseeing and conference at MiCo congress centre; for which its location is pretty much perfect. A 10-15 min walk, or €7 taxi ride, in either direction. A very comfortable and well run family hotel in an older building. The rooms are a good size and make a welcome change from a concrete “Euro... More

I cannot say enough good things about the front desk! Most helpful and knowledgeable Location is quiet, a bit out of the way, but absolutely manageable. A few blocks from the tram. Breakfast is decent.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in September. We picked it based on reviews here and we were thrilled we picked it. It's a lovely hotel set a bit out of the way from Milan centro but it's a lovely 20 minute walk through quiet streets and then the magnificent Parc Sempione. The hotel itself is in a... More

We were a family and friends group of 6 and had 3 rooms for 3 nights. Like most of the other reviews it really is a good hotel for the price and location. We were happy. The service was good at the front desk. We had no problems. I really enjoyed the wait and room staff. They were excellent. Friendly... More

My partner and I have just got back from a week in Italy, 3 of which days we spent here. Its a lovely hotel, with a fairly good location, about a 15-20 min walk away from The Duomo. The service throughout was excellent and all employees were very helpful. The rooms were great for what we wanted, well equipped, we... More
