It's our 1st trip to Italy ad our very 1st stop. This hotel welcomes us with a warm smile. They recommended us a good restaurant and a place to have the best Gelato in Town. It's very strategic with only a few minutes walk from the Wegner Metro Station. The room we had may be small but it's very clean... More

Very nice city hotel directly situated at Piazza Wagner with metro and tram station at one of the most famous streets (Corso Vercelli, Corso Magenta) in Milano. Newly renovated rooms with all comfort. The absolute Highlight is the breakfast terrace at 4th floor with a great choice of things. During my stay of 3 days I experienced a very comfortable... More

Located on a very busy and noisy road with lot of traffic of all kind (Bus, Taxi, Tram etc). Rooms are too small and difficult to adjust as you can hear the sounds of other rooms and you will be sleepless.Hotel is also of OLD style and need some improvement and modernization. Comparatively little expensive, may be only because of... More

Maybe in 1990 this hotel was modern and decent but now it urgently needs refurbishment and/or new investor. Everything has signs on age on it except small flat-screen TV set that is very good in fact. However, except of the stopper in the bathroom, everything worked more or less OK. Heater was very noisy and not very effective. Bed was... More

At the beginning I liked the room and the services, but on the last day of stay the receptionists have significantly spoilt the impression. First the receptionist tried to short-change me for 5 EUR. Then the other made an awful scene that I lived with a single room with my Mom. In fact on check in I've I said to... More

The hotel is located on a very busy street with lots of traffic from rail / trams and it feels as if you are sleeping in a train or a bus station. The rooms are small and dark and I was unable to open the windowblind - I suspect due to the noise levels they closed the blinds on the... More

The hotel is located one minute walking from Piazza Piemonte. My room wasn't small, with a nice new bathroom with a whirpool shower, even if the furniture in the room was a bit oldish. Internet connection is available but not for free. The rooms were partially soundproof. Breakfast is served on a nice terrace, and was definitely good and with... More

I am a very regular customer of this hotel, staying there on average twice a month for 3-4 nights each visit. The good things about the Metro are the breakfast, service and quality of rooms. The bad thing can also be the quality of rooms - if you're on the Corso Vercelli side of the hotel the trams thunder past,... More
