Just stayed here for a week and were very pleased with the location and accomodations. Some reviewers complained about the elevator and really it is not bad. It accommodated two people and three suitcases. We had requested a room in the back and it was very quiet, clean with nice comfortable beds. Shower is small but ok with great water... More

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Loved the location!!! Close to LaScala, subway Station, shopping and Cathedral. Easy trip from MXP by train to Cardona, caught the sub to Cordusio and walked 3 blocks to hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice light breakfast including coffee machine, great front desk, safe area. Highly reccomend this hotel. Thanks to Bruno for directions... More

The hotel offers a basic single room. No frills, no upgrades, just a basic room. The staff was very nice and helpful and the location is steps away from the Duomo. It's also near the major strip, tons of shopping and restaurants. The complementary breakfast was amazing! Great selection of different foods. Free Wi-Fi! Overall, I would recommend the hotel... The hotel has obviously taken past feedback to heart. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Our "superior room" was very large by European standards. Breakfast lasted well into the afternoon. The location is superb as others have noted. You likely won't use the metro pass as we have had easy walks to major sights.

I prepaid my room so was able to take advantage of an excellent rate. The hotel offered a basic single room which provided me with a private bathroom, fridge, kettle and TV (only news channels in English). Breakfast was good and staff were excellent and provided great tourist information. The hotel is in a wonderful location for visiting the city... More

Rooms are very nice and clean, but to get to your room is a maze. ask for a room next to the elevator. Staff very rude and unfriendly. Breakfast is okay again with unfriendly staff, not recommended unless you need that location.

Thank you. We are a very small hotel, 3 stars and nothing else. Boutiques are only the shops where our customers loves to go in our area. Regards More

The room was clean, but rather small and the hotel facilities does not really live up to its 4-star rating. The free wifi is quite slow, and insufficient if you would need to Skype etc. So if you are price sensitie, might need to factor in the cost for the wifi-upgrade. The plus point though, is that it has a... More

I' ve stayed in this hotel recently, i just loved it! Everything was clean, my room was big and had everything i wanted. The hotel is near the metro, so you can go anywhere you want. Breakfast was satisfying, nice staff, fresh food. I think its really a 4-star hotel! If i come back to Milan, i would definitely stay... More

Affordable, reachable by metro, close to everything, very rich breakfast (even with scrambled eggs and bacon), antique ambient, tea/coffee making facilities in the room and my own private terrace to enjoy it!

I booked the ticket for opera in Scala, then started to look for a hotel for the weekend. I found the hotel in Milan was very expensive that weekend (later i found out it was fashion week in Milan), so when I saw the price in Venere, and the location just two minutes walking to Scala theatre, I just made...
