we spent two nights but the price we paid wasnt worth it. The room was clean but not new i suggest a refurbishment, the main issue was that our room wasnt soundproof and thats the reason why the first night, there was a massive noisy coming from the toilet's room above, so that we couldnt sleep any longer from 4am.... + friendly and helpful staff // good tips when I asked for restaurants nearby + location // quite near to the city center (on foot ~30mins to historic center, 5 mins to Metro station // within easy walking distance (15mins) to Milano Congressi + hotel parking spaces (€17/day) // still cheaper than most other garages that I checked - free... We stayed 4 nights in this hotel when visiting the Milan Expo. The first 2 nights were in deed a torture. In the hot summer days of Milan when the temperature outside was 30 degree Celsius, the room was hot and stuffy even with the air-con on. We complained to the reception and someone was sent to fix the problem... More

Went to Milan for a conference and trade show at the nearby Congress Centre (Fiero City). Really enjoyed staying at this place. Loath to leave. Felt like a second home, especially after working all day. In 30 degrees heat it's just too far to walk to the Congress Centre (a taxi is between 6 and 8 euros - quickly ordered... More

I'd say the hotel is exactly as it looks on-line. Whatever you see here on TA is what you get. Also, they have their own web site. Good value for money. It's a good hotel in its category. Its not a 5* one. My room was fairly small but comfortable. AC worked, TV & Internet was available without a problem.... More

We booked two rooms in advance and paid...had family emergency and only needed one room. When requested refund-no had only given 12 days not 14day....the EXPO was in town and there would not have been a probelm at all to resell room. They wouldn't budge. I bked the hotel because it had AC..only to find out it was broken. So,... More

Situated in a rather residential district a 5 minutes walk away from the Metro station which goes directly down town. Lobby has the flair of the 80 s with comfortable sofas. The rooms on the street wing have been recently completely nicely renovated. Smal but equipped with a everything yo need at a 4star hotel even tough the hotel has... More

Stayed here for 4 nights for F1 weekend. Staff was very polite and helped with everything we asked. Room was basic, clean and quiet. There is free WiFi which worked great, you get the login details from reception, i didn't like that it's only for 24h so you have to ask for new login every day. Red M1 metro station... More

Getting a good hotel room or family suite for 5 reasonably priced in Milano is not easy. The family suite had two bedrooms with 5 beds. It was clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was ok but could have had more healthy options. The sockets were non standard which made it impossible to charge phones at night.... More
